بررسي رابطه صلاحيت‌هاي حرفه اي و انگيزش شغلي با ميزان تمايل معلمان به مشاركت در تدوين برنامه درسي

Investigate the relationship between professional competences and the job motivation with willingness to participate teachers in curriculum development

اين پژوهش به منظور بررسي رابطه صلاحيت­هاي حرفه­ اي و انگيزش شغلي با ميزان تمايل معلمان به مشاركت در تدوين برنامه درسيانجام شد. روش تحقيق توصيفي از نوع همبستگي مي­باشد. جامعه آماري 726 نفر از معلمان مقطع ابتدايي سال تحصيلي 94-93 شهرستان تربت حيدريه بودند. 267 نفر از طريق فرمول كرجسي و مورگان با استفاده از نمونه­ گيري تصادفي طبقه ­اي به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. گردآوري داده ­ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مشاركت معلمان در تدوين برنامه درسي، صلاحيت­هاي حرفه ­اي معلمان و انگيزش شغلي هكمن و الدهام صورت گرفت. روايي پرسشنامه­ها از طريق روايي محتوايي بررسي شد. پايايي پرسشنامه صلاحيت­هاي حرفه­ اي معلمان با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ 83 /0، انگيزش شغلي81 /0، ميزان تمايل معلمان به مشاركت در تدوين برنامه درسي79 /0 به دست آمد. از آزمون­هاي همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون براي تحليل داده­ ها استفاده شد.­ نتايج نشان داد، بين صلاحيت­هاي حرفه اي و انگيزش شغلي معلمان با ميزان تمايل آنها به مشاركت در تدوين برنامه درسي رابطه معناداري وجود داشت (05 /0 p <).بين صلاحيت­هاي حرفه اي معلمان با انگيزش شغلي رابطه معناداري وجود داشت(05 /0 p <). صلاحيت­هاي حرفه اي و انگيزش شغلي معلمان تمايل آنها به مشاركت در تدوين برنامه درسي را پيش­ بيني مي­كند.

This research is to investigate the relationship between teachers''professional competences and the job motivation with their willingness to participate in curriculum development was carried out. The population of 726 primary school teachers were the academic year 93-94 Torbat-e Heydarieh city. 267 persons were selected Using formula kerjeci and morgan and stratified random sampling. Data were collected by the researcher made questionnaire of teachers 'professional competences,and willingness to participate in curriculum development ,and job motivation of Aldham and Heckman . Through content validity, validity was evaluated. Reliability of questionnaire of teachers 'professional competences 0/83, questionnaire of job motivation 0/81, questionnaire of willingness to participate in curriculum development 0/79, using Cronbach's alpha was calculated. Pearson correlation test and regression analysis were used. The results showed that, there was a significant relationship , between the teachers' 'professional competences and the job motivation with their willingness to participate in curriculum development (p < 0/05). The professional competencies of teachers there was a significant relationship with job motivation. There was a significant relationship between professional competencies with job motivation of teachers (p < 0/05) .Professional competence and job motivation, prediected willingness to participate teachers in the curriculum development
