طراحي الگوي روش‌هاي تدريس مبتني بر توسعه آينده‌پژوهي در آموزش عالي ايران

Designing the pattern of the teaching methods based on the futures studies development in the Curriculum of the Iran Higher Education

يكي از وظايف مهم آموزش عالي­، توانمندسازي دانشجويان در برابر چالش­ها، تقاضاها و نيازهاي آينده است. توسعه آينده ­پژوهي دانشجويان مي­تواند از طريق آموزش بهبود يابد، بنابراين مي­توان ادعا نمود كه يكي از متغيرهاي مهم، كيفيت روش­هاي تدريس و يادگيري است كه مي­تواند بر توسعه توانايي آينده ­پژوهي دانشجويان تأثيرگذار باشد. هدف اين پژوهش طراحي روش­هاي تدريس مبتني بر توسعه آينده­ پژوهي در آموزش عالي مي­باشد كه به شيوه كيفي و با استفاده از راهبرد مبتني بر نظريه داده بنياد انجام شد. در اين راستا با استفاده از رويكرد هدفمند و بكارگيري معيار اشباع نظري، مصاحبه­ هايي نيمه ­ساختار يافته با 14نفر از متخصصان برنامه درسي و آينده­ پژوهي انجام شد، براي بدست آوردن اعتبار و روايي داده­ ها از دو روش بازبيني مشاركت­ كنندگان و مرور خبرگان غير شركت ­كننده در پژوهش استفاده شد. نتايج تحليل داده ­ها با كمك نرم ­افزار MAXQDA 12 در طي سه مرحله، كدگذاري باز، كدگذاري نظري و كدگذاري انتخابي حاكي از 15مقوله كلي است كه اين مقاله يافته­ هاي مطالعه را در چارچوب مدل پارادايمي شامل: موانع، استراتژي­ ها و پيامدها تحليل كرده است.

Abstract: One of the most important tasks of higher education is to empower students against the challenges and demands of the future. Students' future studies development can be improved through education; therefore, it can be claimed that one of the important variables is the quality of teaching and learning methods that can influence the development of student future studies ability. The aim of this study was to design teaching methods based on development of futures studies in higher education was that conducted by using grounded theory by qualitative study. In this regard, using a targeted approach and applying theoretical saturation standard, semi-structured interviews with 14 curriculum and futurist professionals were conducted to obtain the validity and validity of the data through two methods of reviewing the participants and reviewing non-collaborative experts the research was used. The results of the data analysis with the help of MAXQDA 12 software in three stages, open source coding, theoretical coding and selective coding represent 15 general categories. This paper presents the findings of the study in the framework of the paradigmatic model including: Obstacles, Strategies, Consequences Analyzed.
