The Effectiveness combination Shafiabady’s multiaxial pattern with krumboltz’s social learning theory on vocational Gratification in female teachers

خشنودي شغلي معلمان، به عنوان عهده‌دار تربيت يك نسل، نقش غير قابل ‌انكاري در آموزش و افزايش بهره‌وري آن دارد بنابراين اهميت توجه به كاربرد مشاوره شغلي در اين قشر بارزتر مي‌شود زيرا مي‌تواند به افراد كمك كند تا با مسائل ومشكلات مختلف محيط شغلي بهتركنار بيايند كه منجر ‌به‌ افزايش ‌خشنودي ‌شغلي آنان مي شود . روش پژوهش ، نيمه آزمايشي با پيش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و گروه كنترل بود. جامعه آماري ، تمامي معلمان زن مقطع ابتدايي منطقه 7 شهرداري شهرشيراز بودند. نمونه‌گيري به شيوه تصادفي خوشه‌اي انجام شد و 12 مدرسه انتخاب شدند سپس پرسشنامه‌ خشنودي شغلي روي معلمان آنان اجر ا شد و از كساني كه نمره كمتري گرفتند، 40 نفر انتخاب شدند و به دوگروه تقسيم شدند. يكي ازگروه‌هاي 20 نفره به‌تصادف در گروه گواه و گروه ديگر به‌ عنوان گروه آزمايش، جايگزين شدند. گروه آزمايش ، 8 جلسه 5/1 ساعته آموزش دريافت كرد سپس، پس‌آزمون اجرا و يك ماه بعد پيگيري انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحليل كوواريانس و آزمون t وابسته تجزيه‌ و تحليل شد. نتايج نشان داد كه مشاوره شغلي مبتني بر تلفيق الگوي چند محوري شفيع‌آبادي و نظريه يادگيري اجتماعي كرامبولتز بر خشنودي شغلي معلمان زن، تأثير معنادار دارد و نتايج در طول زمان پايدار بوده است.استفاده از تلفيق نظريه هاي مشاوره شغلي مي تواند بر افزايش سطح خشنودي شغلي معلمان، ،تاثير قابل توجهي داشته باشد و آن را بهبود ببخشد. لذا پيشنهاد مي شود از اين روش تلفيقي استفاده شود.

Introduction: vocational Gratification of teachers as responsible for upbringing a generation has undeniable role in training and increase the productivity. So the importance of the application of career counseling in this group is more important because it can help people to better cope with different problems of business environment that is lead to increasing their vocational Gratification Methods: Methodology was semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test and control group. The statistical population were all primary school teachers of region 7 of Shiraz Municipality. sampling was done with random Clustering method and 12 schools were selected, then questionnaire of job satisfaction was conducted on their teachers and between those which get the lower scores 40 person was selected and They were divided into two groups one of the group that have 20 persons selected randomly as a control group and the other group was selected as a examination group.Experimental group received 8 sessions that every season was 1.5 hours education based on integration of Shafiabady’s multiaxial pattern with Krumboltz’s social learning theory then The post-test was done and follow-up was conducted one month later. Data was analysed with the covariance analysis and dependent t-student test. Results: The results showed that career counseling based on the integration of Shafiabady’s multiaxial pattern and Krumboltz’s social learning theory has a significant impact on job satisfaction of women teachers and the results have been stable during the time. Conclusion: using integrated career counseling theories can raise the level of jobsatisfaction teachers have significant influence and improve it . Therefore, it is recommended that the compilation method used.
