شناسايي ابعاد و مولفه ها ي ارتقاي كيفيت آموزشي در آموزشكده هاي سما دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي و تعيين سهم هر يك از آن ها

Identifying the education quality’s dimensions and components among SAMA Institutes of the Islamic Azad University and determining the role any dimension or component plays in this regard

پژوهش حاضر بر آن است با شناسايي ابعاد و مولفه هاي ارتقا كيفيت آموزشي در آموزشكده هاي سما، سهم هر يك از آن ها را در ارتقاي كيفيت آموزشي اين آموزشكده ها بيان كند. روش پژوهش حاضر، از نظر هدف، كاربردي است و از روش پژوهش آميخته با رويكرد اكتشافي – متوالي استفاده شده است و از نظر گردآوري، داده ها توصيفي و زمينه يابي است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را در فاز كمي، اعضاي هيات علمي آموزشكده هاي سما در سراسر كشور كه 445 نفر هستند، تشكيل داده اند و در فاز كيفي از نظرات 7 نفر از متخصصان و خبرگان استفاده شده است. بر اساس اصول تعيين حجم نمونه در تحليل رگرسيون، چند متغيري براي مدل يابي، حجم نمونه 295 نفر تعيين گرديد. با مطالعه مباني نظري وانجام روش دلفي، 11 بعد و 91 مولفه شناسايي شد و جهت تكميل به منظور رواسازي پرسشنامه و نيز تعيين مولفه ها از روش تحليل اكتشافي در دو مرحله استفاده شد كه كه نهايتا 7 بعد و 59 مولفه باقي ماندند و پرسشنامه نهايي با 59 گويه تدوين و پس از تاييد روايي و پايايي اجرا شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها و يافتن ساختار معني داري از تركيب ابعاد و مؤلفه ها و پاسخ ها، از روش تحليل عاملي از نوع تحليل عاملي اكتشافي و t تك نمونه اي براي تعيين درجه تناسب مدل استفاده شد. نتايج اين تحليل ها نشان داد كه به ترتيب: اولويت، ارتقاي سطح علمي مراكز آموزشي، ارتباط با صنعت و بازار كار، مسووليت پذيري علمي، ارتباط و تعامل با دانشجو(ايجاد حس اطمينان)، ارتقاي مهارت، تخصيص و افزايش اعتبارات پژوهشي(اكتشاف و اختراع) و در نهايت، تعهدات سازماني از ابعاد مهم ارتقاي كيفيت آموزشكده هاي سما به شمار مي روند. بر اساس نتايج حاصل شده وضعيت موجود ارتقاي كيفيت آموزشي در آموزشكده هاي سما با توجه به ابعاد و مولفه هاي به دست آمده، رو به مطلوب بوده است و تا وضعيت مطلوب(افق1404 سما) فاصله دارد. در پاسخ به سوال بعدي تحقيق، ارتقاي سطح علمي مراكز آموزشي با بار عاملي 969 /0، داراي بيشترين همبستگي با نمرات ارتقاي كيفيت آموزشي در وضع مطلوب دارد و ارتباط با صنعت و بازار كار با 956 /0 در مرتبه دوم، مسووليت پذيري علمي با 952 /0 در مرتبه سوم، ارتباط و تعامل با دانشجو با 884 /0در مرتبه چهارم، ارتقاي مهارت با 869 /0 در مرتبه پنجم، تخصيص و افزايش اعتبارات پژوهشي با 859/ 0در مرتبه ششم و در نهايت، تعهدات سازماني با 799 /0در مرتبه هفتم قرار گرفت.

While placing more emphasis on the nature and applications of SAMA Institutes, this study attempted to identify dimensions and components of the education quality. This study was ‘applied’ in terms of its objective, and utilized a method mixed with consecutive – heuristic approach. It also could be classified as ‘descriptive’ and ‘survey’ research studies in respect to data collection. In qualitative section of the research, having relied on the domestic and foreign backgrounds and the experiences successful universities of the five continents have attained, 26 indices and 101 components were extracted. These factors were then presented in the form of semi-structured interviews to 7 experts and university professors. Next, these factors and their relevant components were ranked based on the obtained opinions, and any repeated item was discarded. Finally, 80 subcomponents and 2 indices were added. Conducting a meta-analysis on the quality dimensions among domestic and foreign universities and considering theoretical grounds and theme of semi-structured interviews, 28 dimensions were identified. The dimensions derived from the foregoing grounds and interviews were then merged by software and after the process of encryption, 7 indices and nearly 50 items were extracted. They were next presented in the form of a questionnaire to 30 experts to be judged. The statistical population of this study consisted of 445 scientific board members of SAMA Institutes, from among 295 people were selected based on the principles of determining sample volume in multivariable regression analysis to form this study’s sample. For the purpose of data collection, a researcher-developed questionnaire was employed. Considering the possibility of discarding some filled-out questionnaires, 310 ones were filled out and finally 306 questionnaires were collected to be analyzed. The results found 7 principal components. These components were evaluated in two states: status quo and desired. The results suggested that improvement of scientific level, the amount of attention paid to accomplishments, accountability, trust-building, reinforcement of skills, allocation of more funds and finally organizational issues are, in order of propriety, factors of importance in promoting education quality among SAMA Institutes
