چكيده فارسي :
تذكره‌نگاران دامنة زادگاه بيدل را از بخارا تا اكبرآباد، از لاهور تا بنگاله و پتنه، و از اكبرنگر (راج‌‌محل) تا قرية خواجه‌رواش كابل گسترانيده‌اند و تبار او را به سه قبيلة بَرلاس، اَرلاتو اَرلاس منتسب كرده‌اند؛همچنين درخصوص چگونگي زندگي و ممدوحان او تا پيش از سال 1096 ق، اتفاق نظر ندارند؛اين در حالي است كه تذكرة مرآت واردات، مطالبي درخصوص زندگاني بيدل ذكر مي‌كند كه تطبيق آن با آثار بيدل، تذكره‌ها، شخصيّت‌هاي تاريخي و جغرافياي آن زمان هند مي‌تواند گره برخي از ابهامات زندگي او را باز كند. اين مقاله در پي آن است با نگاهي به آثار و نوشته‌هاي بيدل، تذكره‌ها و كتاب‌هاي تاريخي، صحّت و اعتبار ادعاهاي صاحبِ مرآت واردات راروشن سازد. روش تحقيق به صورت اسنادي و با استفاده از امكانات كتابخانه‌اي است كه در آن از دستاوردهاي علمي پژوهش گران ديگر هم استفاده شده است. پراكندگي آراء تذكره‌ها و بيدل پژوهان درخصوص زندگي بيدل، اهمّيت و ضرورت اين تحقيق را مشخّص مي‌كند و نتيجة حاصل از آن، رفع ابهام اززندگي بيدل و ترسيم بخشي از خطِ سير زندگاني اوست كه تولد در راج محل/ اكبرنگر، پيوستن به صحبت ميرزاسليمان، و پس از آن درآمدن در سلك ملازمان اعظم‌شاه بن عالم گير از آن جمله است.

Biographies have spread the range of Mirza Abdul-Qādir Bēdil’s Birthplace from Bukhara to Akbarabad, and from Lahore to Bengal and Patna, and from Akbarnegara / Raj mahal to the village of Khwaja Rawash in Kabul, and have attributed his descent to three tribe: Barlas, Arlat and Arlas.
