چكيده فارسي :
نظرسنجي‌ها راهي مطمئن و قدرتمند براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات و آگاهي از نظرها، پنداشت‌ها، گرايش‌ها و حتي باورها و ارزش‌ها و به‌طور كلي آگاهي از چگونه انديشيدن اذهان عمومي هستند. پرسش‌هاي حساس را مي‌توان پرسش‌هايي دانست كه پاسخگو در برابر آنها احساس آسيب‌پذيري مي‌كند. از اين‌رو با توجه به اهداف پژوهشي لازم است در مطالعات افكارسنجي ابتدا مجموعه آگاهي‌هاي لازم در مورد جامعه مورد بررسي، بويژه از نظر ويژگي‌هاي فرهنگي و ميزان آگاهي‌هاي عمومي درباره موضوع مورد مطالعه بررسي و تحليل شود. نتايج معتبر و قابل اتكا و تفسير‌پذير، در گرو پيش‌بيني حساسيت‌ها و اعتراض‌هاي احتمالي در پاسخگويان نمونه مورد بررسي است. چگونگي مواجهه با موضوعات حساسيت‌برانگيز در پرسش‌هاي باز و پرسش‌هاي بسته با گزينه‌هاي انتخابي محدود، ملاحظات خاص خود را دارند. به نظر مي‌رسد در جامعه‌هاي آماري مختلف و با توجه به تفاوت‌هاي فرهنگي، نوع و درجه حساسيت‌ها متفاوت است و در نتيجه ضرورت كسب اطلاعات مقدماتي درباره جامعه مورد بررسي برجسته مي‌نمايد. در اين مطالعه قصد داريم، ضمن شناسايي خطاهاي ناشي از پرسش مستقيم موضوعات حساس، به معرفي فنون، شيوه‌ها يا راهكارهايي بپردازيم كه در عين پرسيدن پرسش‌هاي حساس، كمترين خطا و انحراف در نتايج فراهم آيد.

Survey is a powerful and reliable way of gathering information and being aware of opinions, perceptions, attitudes, and even beliefs and values, and generally how the public think. Sensitive questions can be the ones that respondents feel vulnerable to. So, it is necessary to analyze the public knowledge of community under study, especially in terms of cultural characteristics and the level of public awareness about the subject under study due to research purposes. Valid, reliable, and interpretable results depend on predicting the likely sensitivities and objections of the respondents. There are special considerations by limited choices on how to deal with sensitive topics in all questionnaires. It seems that in different societies, the type and degree of sensitivity are different, due to cultural differences. Therefore, it is essential to obtain background information about the community under study. In this study, while identifying errors caused by direct queries on sensitive topics, we intend to introduce techniques, methods, or ways that minimize error and deviation in results while asking sensitive questions.
