مرور انتقادي ابزارهاي سنجش رفتار غير مدني در آموزش پرستاري

Critical Review of Scales of Incivility Behaviors in Nursing Education Anahita Masoumpoor1,

زمينه و هدف: به دليل اهميت رفتارهاي غير مدني و اثر تخريبي آن بر فضاي يادگيري، اين مطالعه با هدف مرور نقادانه ابزارهاي سنجش رفتار غير مدني در آموزش پرستاري انجام شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: براي انجام مطالعه، از روش جستجوي نظام‌مند استفاده شد. بدين منظور، ابتدا مقالات مرتبط انگليسي و فارسي، بدون محدوده زماني در Google Scholar جستجو گرديده، سپس جستجوي اختصاصي در پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي Science Direct، ProQuest،Wiely Inter Science و PubMed با استفاده از واژگان كليدي انجام شد. ملاحظات اخلاقي: صداقت و امانت‌داري در تحليل، گزارش و انتشار نتايج رعايت گرديد. يافته‌ها: از 80 مقاله دريافت‌شده، 15 مقاله كه به حيطه پرستاري پرداخته بودند، مورد مطالعه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. تمامي ابزارهاي مورد مطالعه مطابق با فرهنگ جامعه هدف طراحي شده و از پايايي و روايي مطلوبي برخوردار بوده و قابليت استفاده در مطالعات مختلف را داشتند. اغلب ابزارها، رفتار غير مدني مدرسين يا دانشجويان را به تنهايي بررسي مي‌كردند. از ميان ابزارهاي مذكور تنها ابزاري كه رفتار غير مدني مدرسين و دانشجويان را هم‌زمان بررسي مي‌كند، ابزار سنجش رفتار غير مدني در آموزش پرستاري Clark است كه روايي و پايايي آن ابزار به طور دقيق مورد اشاره قرار گرفته است، در حالي كه در ابزارهاي ديگر شاخص‌هاي فهرست Casmin رعايت نشده است. نتيجه‌گيري: از آنجايي كه رفتار غير مدني يك تعامل دوطرفه است و از طرف ديگر برخي از ابزارهاي مورد مطالعه متناسب با شرايط اجتماعي و فرهنگي جامعه حاضر نبودند، لازم است اين مقياس‌هاي رفتار در دو گروه تعامل‌كننده مطابق با شرايط جامعه طراحي گرد

Background and Aim: This study has been carried out with the objective of critical review about psychometry of scales for evaluation of incivility behavior in nursing education. Materials and Methods: Systematic search was used to conduct the study. For this purpose, related English and Persian articles were first searched in Google Scholar without a time limit and then, specified search was done in Science Direct, ProQuest, Wiely Inter Science, PubMed databases using the keywords of "incivility" and "nursing education" or "Nursing Educators" or "Nursing Students" and "Scale". Ethical Considerations: Integrity and trustworthiness were observed in analyzing, reporting and publishing the results. Findings: From 80 retrieved articles, 15 articles which were devoted to nursing were studied and analyzed. All the studied scales were designed in accordance with the culture of the target society and had satisfactory validity and reliability and could be used in different studies. Most scales evaluated the incivility behavior of instructors or students alone. The only tool which evaluates the incivility behavior of instructors or students with each other is incivility behavior measurement tool in nursing education by Clark et al. in which the validity and reliability of tool has been accurately mentioned while Casmin indexes are not met in other scales. Conclusion: Incivility behavior is a two-way interaction and on the other hand, some of the studied scales did not meet the social and cultural conditions of the society; these scales of behavior in two interacting groups should be designed in accordance with conditions of the society.
