تحليل جرايم اخلاقي فضاي سايبر با رويكرد داده‌كاوي

An Analysis of the Ethical Crimes of Cyberspace Using the Data Mining Approach

زمينه و هدف: جرايم سايبر در طيف جرايم نوظهوري هستند كه همزمان با رشد فناوري‌هاي جديد و بيشتر مبتني بر اينترنت به‌طور مداوم در حال تكامل و پيچيده‌تر شدن هستند. يكي از جرايم شايع در فضاي مجازي، جرايم اخلاقي فضاي سايبر است كه با توجه به ارتباط آن با آبرو و حيثيت افراد، از اهميت بسيار بالايي برخوردار است. هدف اين پژوهش، تحليل جرايم اخلاقي فضاي سايبر با رويكرد داده‌كاوي است.روش­: اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر نوع، تحليل محتوا است. جامعه آماري پژوهش، جرايم سايبري است. حجم نمونه، جرايم اخلاقي فضاي سايبر در سال‌هاي 1389 تا 1394 است.يافته ­ها و نتايج: بهترين مدل براي تحليل و استخراج قوانين حاكم بر داده‌هاي جرايم اخلاقي فضاي سايبر، مدل درخت تصميم c5 است. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد مشخصه‌هاي تاثيرگذار بر وقوع جرايم اخلاقي فضاي سايبر به ترتيب شغل، تحصيلات، جنسيت، سن، تاهل و نقش فرد است. در اين پژوهش، قوانين حاكم بر جرم اخلاقي فضاي سايبر، احصاء كه با تحليل اين قوانين مي‌توان راهكارهاي پيشگيرانه ارائه داد.

Background and objectives Cybercrime is a new phenomenon of emerging crime that is constantly evolving and becoming more sophisticated as new and more Internet-based technologies grow. One of the most common cybercrimes in cyberspace is the ethical crimes of cyberspace, which is very important due to its relation to the dignity of individuals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ethical crimes of cyberspace using a data mining approach.Methodology In terms of its objectives this study is of an applied research type and of content analysis type. The statistical population of the research included the cybercrimes. The sample size is the ethical crimes of cyberspace in 2010-2015 Findings and results The best model for analyzing and extracting the rules governing cyberspace moral crime data is the C5 Decision Tree Model. The results of the study showed that the characteristics that affect the ethical crimes of cyberspace are occupation, education, gender, age, marriage and the role of the individual. In this study, the rules governing the ethical crime of cyberspace were extracted and by analyzing these rules preventive solutions can be suggested.
