Evaluating the Effectiveness of Ethical Security Police Measures in Confronting Inappropriate Hijab

زمينه و هدف: مسئله بدحجابي يكي از پيامدهاي جنگ نرم دشمنان انقلاب اسلامي در قالب تهاجم فرهنگي است كه طي سال‌هاي اخير به‌عنوان يكي از اصلي‌ترين مباحث و موضوع‌هاي مورد توجه مسئولان نظام در سطوح مختلف و مردم است. پليس امنيت اخلاقي از مجموعه‌هاي پليس اطلاعات و امنيت عمومي، متولي مقابله با پديده بدحجابي است كه اقدام‌هايي را در حوزه‌هاي مختلف انجام داده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي ميزان اثربخشي اقدام‌هاي پليس امنيت اخلاقي در مقابله با بدحجابي در شهر قزوين است.روش­: اين پژوهش ازنظر هدف كاربردي و ازنظر ماهيت، از نوع پژوهش‌هاي توصيفي - پيمايشي است كه به‌صورت ميداني انجام شد. همچنين به‌منظور تدوين مباني نظري از روش كتابخانه‌اي و اسنادي استفاده شد. جامعه‌ آماري پژوهش شامل زنان شهر قزوين به تعداد 199046 نفر است كه حجم نمونه با استفاده از نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي و با فرمول كوكران، 400 نفر تعيين شد. ابزار اندازه‌گيري، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته است.يافته­ها و نتايج: نتايج نشان داد كه اقدام‌هاي كيفري، وضعي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي پليس امنيت اخلاقي در مقابله با بدحجابي در شهر قزوين موثر است. همچنين اقدام‌هاي اجتماعي، فرهنگي و وضعي پليس امنيت اخلاقي، 62 درصد از تغييرهاي اثرگذاري اقدام‌هاي پليس امنيت اخلاقي در مقابله با بدحجابي را تبيين مي‌كند.

Background and objectives: The inappropriate hijab issue is one of the outcomes of the soft war of enemies of the Islamic Revolution in the form of cultural invasion, which has been considered as one of the main topics and issues of the authorities at various levels and people in recent years. The Ethical Security Police, of the subgroups of Public Security and Counter-Intelligence Police, is a custodian to deal with the inappropriate-hijab phenomenon that has taken actions in various areas. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of ethical security police actions against inappropriate hijab in Qazvin. Methodology: In terms of its objectives this study is of an applied research type and in terms of its nature, it is considered as a descriptive-survey study that has been conducted using filed study method. Library and documentary studies have been employed for the development of theoretical foundations. The statistical population of the study consisted of women in Qazvin with a total of 199,046 individuals. The sample size was determined as 400 using cluster sampling method and Cochran formula. The instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire. Findings and results The results showed that the ethical, social, and cultural measures of the police are effective in counteracting inappropriate hijab in Qazvin. The social, cultural, and situational actions of the Ethical Security Police also account for 62 percent of the change in the effectiveness of the Ethical Security Police's actions in dealing with inappropriate hijab
