ارتباط علي بين جامعه‌پذيري و انگيزش با مشاركت ورزشي كاركنان زن دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد مرودشت

The Causal Relationship between Socialization and Motivation with Sport Participation of Female Employees of Islamic Azad University of Marvdasht Branch

هدف از اجراي تحقيق حاضر، بررسي ارتباط علي بين جامعه­ پذيري و انگيزش با مشاركت ورزشي كاركنان زن دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد مرودشت بود. اين تحقيق توصيفي و از نوع علي و معلولي و به روش ميداني است. با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه آماري، كل جامعه (173 نفر) به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. براي جمع ­آوري اطلاعات، از پرسش­نامه ­ي استاندارد جامعه پذيري تائورمينا (2014) با 20 سؤال با ضريب پايايي 0/90 و پرسش­نامه­ هاي انگيزش و مشاركت ورزشي مرتضايي و همكاران (2014) با 37 سؤال با ضريب پايايي 0/93 استفاده شده است. در روش آمار توصيفي از فراواني، درصد، ميانگين و در آمار استنباطي از آزمون كلموگروف اسميرنوف، آزمون تحليل مسير و مدل معادلات ساختاري استفاده شد. كار تجزيه و تحليل آماري نيز به كمك نرم افزار 22-SPSS و نرم افزار ليزرل نسخه 8.8 در سطح معني داري 0/05 انجام گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه بين جامعه ­پذيري با مشاركت ورزشي كاركنان زن دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد مرودشت رابطه­ ي علي معناداري وجود دارد ( T=6/81 , B=0/50 ). با توجه به شاخص­ هاي برازش گزارش شده، مدل مفهومي اين پژوهش داراي سطح برازش مطلوبي مي­ باشد. جامعه ­پذيري و انگيزش ورزشي كاركنان زن، فراگردي است كه به واسطه­ي آن زنان، دانش و آگاهي­ هاي لازم و انگيزش را به منظور مشاركت مؤثر و فعال در عرصه­ هاي ورزشي كسب مي­ كنند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between socialization and motivation with sport participation among female employees of Islamic Azad University of Marvdasht Branch. This research is descriptive and is of a causal nature and field method. Due to the limited statistical population, the whole society (173 people) was selected as a statistical sample. To collect data, Taurinma's standard socialization questionnaire (1994) with 20 questions with a reliability coefficient of 90.90, and Mortazai et al.'S motivation and participation questionnaire (2014) was used for 37 questions with a reliability coefficient of 0.93. In descriptive statistics, the frequency, percentage, mean and inferential statistics of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, path analysis and structural equation model were used. Statistical analysis was done using SPSS-22 software and LaserList software version 8.8 at a significant level of 0.05. The results showed that there is a significant causal relationship between social participation and sport participation among female employees of Islamic Azad University, Marvdasht Branch (81.6%, 50.5% B). According to the fitting indicators reported, the conceptual model of this research has a good fitting level. Socializing and motivating women's sports workers is a process through which women acquire knowledge and awareness and motivation for effective and active participation in sports.
