Prevention Methods of Narcotic Drugs Distribution

جامعه امروزي براي حل موثر مشكل توزيع مواد مخدر و ايجاد امنيت اجتماعي كه حق مسلم هر انساني است چشم اميد به سوي پليس دوخته است. تفكرات و استراتژي هاي پليس نيز در حل معضل جرم و پيشگيري از وقوع آن با گذشت زمان، سير تكاملي به خود گرفته است. هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسي روش هاي پيشگيري از توزيع مواد مخدر در شمال غرب تهران است. براي انجام تحقيق، از روش تحقيق پيمايشي استفاده و از بين كاركنان سركلانتري هشتم فاتب، 70 نفر به روش سرشماري انتخاب شدند. سپس با مطالعه پيشينه تحقيقات، مدل مفهومي ترسيم و درنهايت، ابزار تحقيق براساس مدل و نظريه هاي موجود به شكل محقق ساخته و طيف ليكرت پنج تايي تنظيم و پرسشنامه بين 30 نفر از كاركنان سركلانتري هشتم فاتب توزيع و پس از رفع ايرادات اوليه و تاييد روايي و پايايي آن، بر روي جامعه مورد مطالعه اجرا شد. نتايج نشان داد كه فنون پيشگيري مبتني بر افزايش تلاش و زحمت براي توزيع كنندگان، فنون پيشگيري مبتني بر افزايش خطرهاي قابل پيش بيني، فنون پيشگيري مبتني بر افزايش هزينه براي توزيع كنندگان موادمخدر، فنون پيشگيري مبتني بر كاهش منافع براي توزيع كنندگان موادمخدر و فنون پيشگيري مبتني بر كاهش تحريك براي توزيع كنندگان بر كاهش توزيع موادمخدر موثر است و در واقع، تكنيك هاي پيشگيري از توزيع مواد مخدر بر كاهش توزيع مواد مخدر تاثير دارند كه لازم است براساس شاخص و روش هاي مطرح شده در تحقيق نسبت به كاهش توزيع مواد مخدر اقدام كرد.

Today's society is turning to the police for an effective solution to the problem of distribution of drugs and the creation of social security, which is the absolute right of every human being. Policies and strategies have evolved to overcome the problem of crime and prevent it from happening over time. The purpose of this study is to investigate the methods of drug distribution in North West of Tehran. A survey method was used to conduct the research and 70 employees were selected by census sampling method. Then, by studying the research background, the conceptual model was drawn and finally, the research tool was constructed based on the existing model and theories, and the five-member Likert scale was adjusted and the questionnaire distributed among 30 employees of the 8th headquarters staff and after the initial defects were resolved and validity and reliability confirmed It was implemented on the studied population. The results showed that increased prevention efforts against distributors, predictive risk-based prevention techniques, cost-effective prevention methods, profit-reduction prevention techniques, and incentive-based prevention techniques are among the effective factors. In fact, narcotic drug prevention techniques have an impact on reducing narcotic distribution, which needs to be based on the indicators and methods proposed in the study to reduce the distribution of narcotics.
