The Role of Social Interactions of Police Officers in Crime Prevention Management

تعامل اجتماعي كاركنان پليس با مردم به عنوان يكي از مهارت هاي مهم ارتباطي پليس نقش به سزايي در اجراي هرچه بهتر ماموريت ها به ويژه در زمينه مديريت پيشگيري از جرم دارد. هدف اين مطالعه، بررسي نقش تعاملات اجتماعي كاركنان پليس در مديريت پيشگيري از جرم است. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت و روش توصيفي- تحليلي است. در بخش نظري با بهره گيري از نظريه هاي مطرح علمي در خصوص تعاملات اجتماعي و سرمايه اجتماعي به تدوين سه فرضيه و در بخش تجربي، از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. حجم نمونه براساس فرمول كوكران 384 نفر به وسيله نمونه گيري خوشه اي چندمرحله اي از بين مراجعان به كلانتري هاي فاتب بين سنين 15 تا 60 سال به روش احتمالي تعيين و اطلاعات لازم از شهروندان تهراني جمع آوري شد. براي سنجش پايايي تحقيق از آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد كه با حذف دو گويه غير مرتبط، پرسشنامه با آلفاي 0/85 تاييد شد. يافته هاي اين تحقيق نشان داد كه ميزان تعامل اجتماعي كاركنان پليس با مردم از ديد پاسخگويان در حد متوسط و اعتماد مردم به پليس به ميزان زياد است. با اثبات سه فرضيه تحقيق مشخص شد كه تعاملات اجتماعي پليس با مردم خصوصاً در ابعاد سه گانه گفتماني، عاطفي و مبادله اي همگي تاثير به سزايي در افزايش همكاري مردم با پليس در طرح هاي پيشگيرانه انتظامي در سه وضعيت كيفري، وضعي و اجتماعي داشته و همبستگي 0/88 بين متغيرها و 0/77 = R2 تاييد كننده آماري اين رابطه است.

The social interaction of police personnel with the public as one of the important police communication skills plays a significant role in the implementation of critical missions, especially in crime prevention management. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of police personnel in the management of crime prevention. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of the nature and method is descriptive-analytical. In the theoretical part, using three major hypotheses using scientific theories about social interactions and social capital; in the experimental part, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. Sample size based on the Cochran formula, 384 people were selected by cluster sampling from a number of clients in hospitals between 15 to 60 years old and probable method. Information was gathered from Tehran citizens. Cronbach's alpha was used to measure reliability of the research. By removing two unreliable ones, a questionnaire with an alpha of 0.85 was confirmed. The findings of this study showed that the level of social interaction between police officers and the public is moderate to the level of respondents, and the public's trust in the police is high. By proving three hypotheses, it became clear that the social interactions of the police with the people, especially in the three dimensions of discourse, emotional and exchange, had a significant impact on increasing the cooperation of the people with the police in preventive police plans in three criminal, situational and social conditions; and a correlation of 0.88 between variables and R2 = 0.77 are the statistical confirmatory of this relationship.
