ارزيابي رضايتمندي زنان از وضعيت امنيت و عوامل محيطي موثر بر آن در پاركهاي شهر ايلام

Assessment of Women’s satisfaction with Security Situation and Environmental Factors affecting it in Ilam Parks

زمينه و هدف: يكي از مهمترين عوامل تهديدكننده حضور مردم در فضاهاي عمومي، ترس يا احساس ناامني است. در اين ميان زنان بيشتر از مردان از وجود چنين تهديداتي آسيب مي بينند. اين پژوهش، رضايت مندي زنان از وضعيت امنيت و عوامل محيطي موثر بر آن را در پاركهاي شهر ايلام مورد ارزيابي قرار داده است. روش: اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر شيوه اجرا، پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش را زنان 15 سال به بالا در شهر ايلام تشكيل دادند كه بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان، 384 نفر مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. داده ها با كمك پرسشنامه هاي روا و پايا (آلفاي كرونباخ بالاتر از 0/70)، جمع آوري و با كمك آزمون هاي تي و رگرسيون تحليل شدند. يافته ها و نتايج: پژوهش نشان داد كه در مجموع رضايت زنان از وضعيت امنيت پارك هاي شهر ايلام پايين است اما به طور نسبي، از «وضعيت امنيت در روز» و «وضعيت استقرار نيروهاي انتظامي» رضايت بيشتري داشته اند. در مورد عوامل محيطي اثرگذار بر احساس امنيت زنان نيز، بيشترين ميزان رضايت زنان، به «موقعيت جغرافيايي پارك ها» و كمترين ميزان رضايت آنها به «خدمات حمل و نقل عمومي» و «قابل رؤيت بودن تابلوهاي راهنما» مربوط مي شد . بنابراين توجه به عوامل محيطي و كالبدي امنيت، مي تواند به مشاركت بيشتر زنان در اجتماع كمك كند.

Background and objective: One of the most important factors threatening people’s presence in public spaces is fear or insecurity. Meanwhile, more women than men suffer from such threats. This research evaluates women’s satisfaction with the security situation and environmental factors affecting it in Ilam city parks. Method: This research was applied in terms of purpose, applied and in terms of implementation, survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of women aged 15 years and older in Ilam, who were questioned according to the Kerjesi and Morgan tables. The data were collected using valid and reliable questionnaires (Cronbach’s alpha, higher than 0.70) and analyzed by t-test and regression analysis. Findings and results: The research showed that in general, women’s satisfaction with the security status of parks in Ilam city is low, but relatively satisfied with the “security situation in the day” and “the situation of deployment of police forces”. Regarding environmental factors affecting women’s sense of security, women’s highest level of satisfaction was related to the “geographical location of the parks” and their lowest satisfaction with “public transportation services” and “visibility of guide boards.” So paying attention to the environmental and physical factors of the security can help to increase the participation of women in the community.
