Fundamental Principles and Strategic Requirements of Strengthening of the Internal Construction of the Power System from the Viewpoint of Imam Khamenei

زماني تصور بر آن بود كه يك كشور در موقعيتي مي تواند در عرصه بين الملل ظهور و بروز داشته باشد كه وابسته به يكي از قدرت هاي جهاني باشد، وگرنه در مناسبات و معادلات جهاني هضم خواهد شد. اما ظهور انقلاب اسلامي در ايران بر چنين رويكردي پشت پا زد و رويكرد ساخت دروني قدرت و اتكا به ظرفيت ها و نيروهاي داخلي را وارد ادبيات سياسي نمود. پژوهش حاضر به شيوه توصيفي - تحليلي و با هدف تبيين اصول و الزامات راهبردي استحكام ساخت دروني قدرت نظام، به اين پرسش اساسي پاسخ خواهد داد كه استحكام ساخت دروني قدرت نظام از ديدگاه امام خامنه اي(مدظله العالي) بر چه اصولي استوار است و الزامات راهبردي آن شامل چه مواردي مي شود؟ نتيجه كلي كه از اين پژوهش حاصل شد نشان مي دهد كه ساخت دروني قدرت نظام با تكيه بر اصولي چون كرامت انساني، عدالت و برابري، محبت و مهرورزي، سهيم كردن مردم در امور جامعه و اتخاد راهبردهايي چون تقويت ايمان و معنويت، تعميق بصيرت، ارتقاي توانمندي ها و آمادگي هاي دفاعي، شناخت دشمن، اقتصاد مقاومتي و جهاد علمي و فناورانه مستحكم خواهد شد.

It was once thought that only a country could appear in the international arena that is dependent on one of the world powers, otherwise it will be digested in global relations and equations. But the advent of the Islamic Revolution in Iran turned against such an approach and incited the internal construction of power and reliance on internal capacities and forces play the most important role in political literature. The present research is descriptive-analytic in order to explain the principles and strategic requirements of the strength of the internal construction of the power of the system, which will answer the fundamental question that “from the view point of Imam Khamenei, what is the firmness of the internal construction of power and what are its strategic requirements?” The overall result of this study is that the intrinsic construction of the power of the system is based on principles such as: human dignity, justice and equality, kindness and affection, the sharing of people in the affairs of society, and the adoption of strategies such as strengthening faith and spirituality, deepening insight, enhancement of capabilities and defense readiness, recognition of the enemy, resistance economy and scientific and technological jihad.
