چكيده فارسي :
مقوله ي فرهنگ داراي معاني بسيار و استعمالات گوناگون وسيع و پيچيده اي است. در علت پيچيدگي فرهنگ مي توان گفت، فرهنگ مقوله اي متجانس نيست، بلكه متشكل از عناصر متعددي است، با اين وجود فرهنگ انسجام خود را حفظ كرده و يك كل تجزيه ناپذير و پويا را تشكيل داده است و در گذر زمان از ديدگاه افراد با تخصص ها و رويكردهايي متفاوت (اعم از مادي و معنوي)، با تعاريف و مفاهيمي متعدد بيان شده است. اين مقوله ي پيچيده و چندبعدي با بار ارزشي و علمي پررنگي كه در هاله اي از ابهام فرو رفته است، مي تواند به عنوان مجموعه اي از باورها و ارزش هاي مشترك بر رفتار و انديشه ي اعضاي يك جامعه متاثر باشد و نقطه ي شروعي براي حركت و پويايي و يا مانعي در راه پيشرفت به شمار آيد.
مسئله ي فرهنگ يكي از دغدغه هاي مهم و امروزي همه ي جوامع بشري است و همه ي آنها نگران آينده ي فرهنگي خود هستند. جمهوري اسلامي ايران از جمله كشورهايي است كه با توجه به ايدئولوژي متفاوتش با هژموني غرب و خطر استحاله ي فرهنگي از درون در اين زمينه، دغدغه ي جدي دارد و از جمله كساني كه تاكيد موكدي در اين حوزه دارد، مقام معظم رهبري است. ايشان اهميت فوق العاده اي به مقوله ي فرهنگ داده و آن را مقدمه ي خيزش و توسعه ي كشور مي داند. در بيان اهميت فرهنگ در انديشه ي رهبري همين بس كه ايشان مي فرمايد من حاضرم جانم را در راه فرهنگ فدا كنم. در اين نوشتار با توجه به آنچه گفته شد، به شناخت پيكره و اهميت مقوله ي فرهنگ، كاركردهاي فرهنگ، آسيب هايي كه هم اكنون فرهنگ ما گرفتار آن است و به راه هاي برون رفت از اين آسيب ها از ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري پرداخته خواهد شد.

The category of culture has many meanings and wide variety of applications. For why of the complexity of culture, we can say that culture is not a coherent category, but consists of several elements, meanwhile, it maintains its cohesion and forms as an inseparable and dynamic whole, and over time different individuals with different specializations and approaches (both material and spiritual), have expressed for it various definitions and concepts. This complex and multidimensional subject with a high scientific value, which is in the midst of ambiguity, can have influences as a set
of shared beliefs and values on the behavior and thought of members of a community and can act a starting point for movement and dynamism or a barrier to progress. The topic of culture is one of the most important and contemporary concerns of all human societies and all of them are concerned about their cultural future. The Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the countries that, given its diverse ideology of Western hegemony and the danger of cultural transformation from within, is seriously concerned about this, and among those who have a strong emphasis in this area, is
the Supreme Leader. He has an extraordinary importance to the category of culture and knows it as an introduction to the rise and development of the country. In expressing the importance of culture in the leadership idea, it is enough to say that he reflects that “I am willing to sacrifice my life for the cause of culture”. In this paper, the point of view of the Supreme Leader will be searched on the recognition of the structure and significance of the category of culture, the functions of culture, the damage that our culture now faces and the ways out of these injuries from.
