The Decending trend of teachers Institutional Habitus (Study case of high school teachers in Mashhad city)

پژوهش حاضر سعي در تبيين اين مسأله را دارد كه عادت‌واره نهادي معلمان در مشهد در چه سطحي قرار دارد؟ و در طول زمان تغييرات آن چگونه بوده است؟ يعني اين كه معلمان در گذشته از چه عادت‌واره نهادي برخوردار بوده و امروزه از چه عادت‌واره نهادي برخوردار هستند؟ بدين منظور چارچوب مفهومي پژوهش بر اساس نظريات بورديو تدوين گرديد. جهت گردآوري و تحليل داده‌ها از روش پيمايش و تحليل موضوعي بهره گرفته شد. جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه در روش پيمايش عبارت بود از معلمان شهر مشهد كه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌بندي و فرمول كوكران 360 نفر از آن‌ها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در روش تحليل موضوعي با استفاده از نمونه‌گيري هدفمند و معيار اشباع نظري با 31 نفر از معلمان مصاحبه گرديد. نتايج بخش كمي و كيفي تحقيق بيانگر كاهش سطح عادت‌واره نهادي معلمان مي‌باشند. به طوري كه نتايج بخش كمي بيانگر آن است كه سطح عادت‌واره نهادي معلمان پايين‌تر از سطح متوسط قرار دارد و نتايج بخش كيفي نيز نشان دهنده كاهش عادت‌واره نهادي معلمان در سال‌هاي اخير است. چنين وضعيتي براي ميدان آموزش كه يكي از مهمترين كاركردهاي ميدان اجتماعي را بر عهده دارد، رضايت‌بخش نيست. .

The present study trys to explain institutional habitus level of teachers of Mashhad and how it changes during the time. The study is focused on what kind of institutional habitus have in the past and what kind of institutional habitus does they have these days. To reach this goal, conceptual framework of this study was based on the ideas of Pierre Bourdieu. We used the survey and thematic analysis methods to gather and analyze data. The statistical population in survey method consists of teachers of Mashhad city that 360 of them were selected by clustering sampling and cocheran formula. In thematic enalysis, interview was done with 31 participants by means of both purposive sampling and Theoretical saturation. The qantitve results indicate that the level of the institutional habitus is lower than normal lenel. Also the qualitive results indicate that it has reduced recently. So the results showed that the institutional habitus of teachers has been reduced. Such situation isn’t satisfactory for education field that have importan function in social field. In according to there is a mutual relationship between product field and consumption field, it is necessary to study and reform this challenge quickly.
