چكيده فارسي :
در چند دهه اخير، كشورهاي مختلف تمايل به استفاده از قدرت نرم يافته اند. قدرتي كه ﺗﺄكيد بر استفاده از ابزارهايي در راستاي ايجاد جذابيت براي ﺗﺄثيرگذاري و افزايش نفوذ در ساير كشورها دارد. جمهوري اسلامي ايران نيز با آگاهي از اهميت قدرت نرم در عصر وابستگي متقابل، از ابزارهايي نظير دانش، فرهنگ و ايدئولوژي براي اعمال قدرت بر روي كشورهاي منطقه اي بهره مي برد. در اين مقاله اين پرسش را مطرح نموديم كه «استفاده از قدرت نرم (دانش، فرهنگ و ايدئولوژي) چه ﺗﺄثيري در جايگاه منطقه اي جمهوري اسلامي ايران داشته است؟» در پاسخ نيز اين فرضيه طرح شد كه «استفاده بيشتر جمهوري اسلامي ايران از قدرت نرم (دانش، فرهنگ و ايدئولوژي) باعث تحكيم و ارتقاي جايگاه منطقه اي ايران شده است.» ايران در حوزه دانش، پيشرفت هاي قابل توجهي در زمينه پزشكي، سايبري، نظامي و تكنولوژي داشته است، در حوزه فرهنگ، پيشينه غني ايراني و اسلامي و اشتركات فرهنگي با كشورهاي منطقه دارد؛ همچنين در حوزه ايدئولوژي، بعد از انقلاب اسلامي و ارائه مفاهيمي نظير نفي تسلط بيگانگان، عدالت و پيوند دين و سياست بر ميزان قدرت نرم خود افزوده است. قدرتي كه از آن براي افزايش نفوذ خود در كشورهاي منطقه اي از طريق سياست خارجي بهره مي برد.

In recent decades, different countries have been willing to use soft power. Power that emphasis on the use of tools in order to create attractive opportunities for influence and increased penetration in other countries. Islamic Republic of Iran is also aware of the importance of soft power in an age of interdependence, Iran exploited tools such as knowledge, culture and ideology to power regional countries. In this article, we questioned that “What is the effect of using the soft power (knowledge, culture and ideology) on the Islamic Republic's regional position?” In response, this hypothesis is designed, “The more use of soft power (knowledge, culture and ideology) by the Islamic Republic of Iran, strengthen and enhance Iran's regional position.” In the knowledge sphere, Iran has made significant progresses in the medical field, cyber, defense and technology, in the culture area. Iran has rich Iranian and Islamic history and cultural commons with the countries of the region. In the ideology sphere, after the Islamic Revolution and Presentation of concepts such as the rejection of foreign domination, justice and the relation between religion and politics has increased its soft power. Power that Iran use to increase its influence in the regional countries through foreign policy. We concluded that the use of soft power tools (knowledge, culture and ideology) has strengthened and enhanced Iran's regional position.
