The cause of the failed coup of 2016 Turkish Army against the AKP

ارتش تركيه در سال هاي 1960، 1971، 1980، 1997.م به خاطر حقي كه «كمال آتاترك» براي محافظت از جمهوري تركيه و حفاظت از ارزش هاي كماليستي به موجب قانون اساسي به ارتش واگذار كرده، دست به كودتا زده است، ولي با به قدرت رسيدن حزب عدالت و توسعه در سال 2003.م و توسعه همه جانبه تركيه، اين كشور، گذار واقعي به دمكراسي و مردم سالاري را در پيش گرفته بود و حزب عدالت و توسعه از طريق راه هاي قانوني و اصلاح قانون اساسي تصويب شده در زمان كودتاهاي نظامي، راه هاي منتهي به كودتا را در اين كشور بسته بود، ولي ارتش براي بار پنجم در 15جولاي 2016 دست به كودتاي نظامي عليه جزب عدالت و توسعه زده و اين سوال را ايجاد كرده كه با وجود توسعه همه جانبه تركيه از زمان به قدرت رسيدن حزب عدالت و توسعه و در پيش گرفتن راه گذار به دموكراسي و محدود كردن نقش ارتش در سياست، چه عواملي باعث شده تا اين نهاد نظامي دوباره اقدام به كودتا كند؟ در پاسخ به سوال فوق اين فرضيه مورد آزمون قرار گرفت كه علت شكل گيري چنين كودتايي، محروم كردن ارتش از توانايي هاي ارزشي معطوف به قدرت خود و محروم كردن جنبش فتح الله گولن از فعاليت هاي خود در داخل تركيه و عدول از ارزش هاي كماليستي توسط حزب عدالت و توسعه بوده است. روش پژوهش اين مقاله نيز مبتني بر روش تحليلي - توصيفي و استفاده از منابع مكتوب و مجازي مي باشد.

Due to the assigned right according to the constitutional law by Kemal Ataturk for the protection of the republic of Turkey and Kemalism values, the Turkey army in the years of 1960, 1971, 1980, and 1997 have attempted a coup. But with the empowerment of justice and development party in 2003 and comprehensive development of the country, Turkey was on an ongoing passing to democracy. In addition, the party of justice and development has closed the ways leading to the coup through legal strategies and modification of the enacted constitutional law during military coups. Though, the army attempted military coup against the party of justice and development for the fifth time in 26th July, 2016. Therefore, this question raises that in spite of the comprehensive development of Turkey after justice and development party coming to power and paving the way for a more liberal and democratic atmosphere and also limiting the role of army in politics, what factors have caused and set the stage for this military organization to attempt a coup? In response to this question this hypothesis took form that the reasons for such a coup could be depriving the army from value capabilities related to its power and depriving the movement of Fethullah Gulen from doing activities inside Turkey and ignorance of Kemalism values by the party of justice and development. The present study is based on analytical-descriptive method and also written and virtual sources were utilized for collecting the data.
