بررسي تاثير احساس امنيت اجتماعي بر فعاليت براي خدمت به اجتماع (مورد مطالعه: ادارات دولتي در سطح شهر همدان)

احساس امنيت اجتماعي زيربناي هرنوع تلاش از جمله خدمت براي اجتماع است و اين تحقيق با هدف بررسي تاثير احساس امنيت اجتماعي بر فعاليت براي خدمت به اجتماع به انجام رسيده است. مسأله اصلي اين است كه احساس امنيت اجتماعي و ابعاد چندگانۀ آن چه رابطه اي با فعاليت براي خدمت به اجتماع دارد؟روش تحقيق پيمايشي و مقطعي از نوع توصيفي - تحليلي است و150 نفر از كاركنان ادارات و سازمان هاي دولتي شهر همدان با روش نمونه گيري متناسب با حجم مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. ابزارگردآوري اطلاعات، پرسش نامه بود. ضرايب پايايي آلفاي كرونباخ براي مقياس احساس امنيت اجتماعي 5/95 درصد و براي مقياس فعاليت براي خدمت به اجتماع 4/89 درصد به دست آمد. از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چند متغيره به عنوان روش تحليل آماري استفاده شد. ضريب همبستگي نشان داد كه متغير احساس امنيت اجتماعي با تركيب چهار بعد آن داراي 577/0 همبستگي با فعاليت براي خدمت به اجتماع است و هر يك از ابعاد، با فعاليت براي خدمت به اجتماع، همبسته اند(000/0=p). احساس امنيت جمعي (577/0=r) احساس امنيت جاني(446 /0=r)، احساس امنيت فكري(426/0=r) و احساس امنيت مالي (365/0=r) به ترتيب بيشترين همبستگي را با خدمت به اجتماع دارند. نتايج رگرسيون باتوجه به R2 گام اول نشان داد كه فقط بُعد احساس امنيت جمعي 346/0 از تغييرات خدمت به اجتماع را تعيين مي كند. طبق R2 گام دوم، احساس امنيت جاني به همراه احساس امنيت جمعي 381/0 از تغييرات خدمت به اجتماع را تعيين مي كنند. نتيجه نهايي نشان داد كه ارتباط قوي و مستقيمي بين احساس امنيت اجتماعي و فعاليت براي خدمت به اجتماع وجود دارد بدون وجود احساس امنيت اجتماعي، انگيزه اي براي فعاليت براي خدمت به اجتماع به وجود نخواهد آمد كه بايد مورد توجه مسئولين قرار گيرد.

The social security sense is base of any effort, including serving the community and the goal of this research has been assessment of effect of social security sense on activity for serving the community. The main issue is that the sense of social security and its multiple dimensions, what is the relationship with activity to serve the community?The method of research was survey and cross-sectional descriptive-analytical type, and 150 employees of government departments and offces of Hamadan city were studied by Proportional sampling method. Data collection tool was a questionnaire. Reliability coeffcients of Cronbach's alpha for the social security sense scale was 95.5% and for the activity for serving the community scale was 89.4%. Pearson correlation coeffcient and multivariate regression were used as statistical analysis. Coeffcients of correlation showed the Social security feeling variable with the combination of four dimensions has 0.577 percent. Correlation with activity for serving the community and each dimensions have correlation with activity for serving the community (p = 0.000). The feeling of collective security (r =0.476), feeling of life security (r= 0.446), feeling of intellectual security (0.426) and the feeling of fnancial security (r = 0.356) have the most correlation with serving the community Respectively. The regression results according to R2 in frst step showed that only the collective security sense dimension had the.346 of the changes of serving the community. According to R2 in second step, the feeling of life security along with collective security sense determined the 0.381% of the changes of serving the community. Finally results showed that there is a strong and direct relationship between the feeling of social security and activity for serving the community.Without feeling of social security will not exist any Incentive for activities for serving the community, and should be consider by the governors.
