ارزيابي تأثير عوامل مؤثر بر حوادث ترافيكي در جاده‌هاي برون‌شهري با تاكيد بر علت زمينه تصادفات (مطالعه موردي: كنارگذر ساحلي نور-نوشهر-چالوس)

Assessment of the Effect of Factors Affecting Traffic Accidents on On-Road Roads with Emphasis on the Causes of Accidents (Case Study: Noor-Noshahr-Chalus Coastal Passage)

حمل‌ونقل در محيط ايمن مي‌تواند موجب افزايش پيشرفت و اگر در محيط غير‌ايمن بهره‌برداري شود موجب پس‌رفت دولت‌ها و هدررفت منابع و بودجه شود. ايمني جاده‌ها و كنترل و جلوگيري از حوادث خسارتي، جرحي و جاني از زماني كه اولين وسيله نقليه ساخته شد، شروع شده و همچنان ادامه دارد. با مطالعاتي كه تاكنون انجام‌شده، عامل بر هم زننده ايمني ترافيك؛ عامل انسان، عامل جاده و عامل وسيله نقليه به ترتيب با بيشترين تعداد شناخته‌شده‌اند. اما اكثر مطالعاتي كه انجام‌گرفته و نيز راهكارهايي كه جهت كاهش خسارات ترافيكي منظور گرديده، بر اساس علت تامه يا علت تمام‌كننده است، به بيان ديگر آخرين علتي كه موجب شده است تا يك حادثه ترافيكي (اعم از خسارتي، جرحي، جاني) اتفاق افتد. پژوهش حاضر، بر اساس يك سري اطلاعات سه‌ساله ترافيكي و تصادفاتي1 است كه در منطقه كنارگذر و بزرگراه برون‌شهري اتفاق افتاده و قبلا توسط پليس راهور به ثبت رسيده بود. با تحقيق و كنكاوي در اين آمارها و برداشت هاي ميداني و مشاهدات رفتار رانندگان در مناطق نمونه موردبررسي قرارگرفته است و درنهايت با معرفي حالات مختلف تصادفات و رفتار رانندگان، مي‌توان دريافت كه علل تامه در تصادفات صرفا نشايت گرفته از زمينه تصادف در آن منطقه هستند كه در مناطق موردمطالعه، اين زمينه تصادفات متعدد، بريدگي‌ها يا تقاطعات همسطحي2 است كه روزانه خسارات غيرقابل بازگشتي را به دولت و جامعه وارد مي‌سازد.

transportation in safe enviornment can cause increase development and if it operate(utilize) in insecure circumference lead to decline of governments and wasting sources and budget. security of roads, control and avoid of damaging events, (injury or murderer) started, since the first vehicle was manufactured and it still to be contined. accoding to the recent researchs, respectively the factor of disturbing traffic security(safety), human factor, path(road) factor and vehicle factor were recognized as the most number.
but most numerous of studies, and methods which considered to deducting traffic damages were based on complete cause. in other words, it means the last cause which lead to traffic accident (including: damages, injuries or murders).
present investigation (search) is based on some 3 years traffic and accidental informations which happened in bypass zone and suburban highway and it corporate by traffic police previously.
with research and curiosity in these satics, harvest field, and observations of driver's behaviour in sample areas which has been investigated, lastly by introduce the different modes of accidents and drivor's behaviour, it will be found that complete causes in accidents originated only from accident based on that region which in Studied case areas, these multiple accidents are notches or level crossing which blemish daily some irrevocable loss to the government and society
