چكيده فارسي :
حوادث ترافيكي در ايران، وضعيت بسيار نگران‌كننده‌اي دارند. هرساله بيش از شانزده هزار كشته و ده برابر اين تعداد، مصدوم و ميلياردها تومان خسارت حوادث جاده‌اي نشانگر وسعت تلفات فيزيكي و هزينه‌‌هايي است كه بر جامعۀ ايران تحميل مي‌‌شود. بيشتر پژوهش‌ها، اين حوادث را از منظر علل و با نگاهي عينيت‌‌گرايانه و آماري دنبال مي‌‌كنند؛ اما آنچه در اين ميان كمتر موردتوجه قرار گرفته، جنبه‌‌هاي اجتماعي و فرهنگي‌‌‌‌اي است كه گريبان‌‌گير حادثه‌‌ديدگان مي‌‌شود. هدف اين مقاله، بررسي پيامدهاي اجتماعي - فرهنگي تصادفات رانندگي است و با روشي «كيفي» و «مصاحبه» با مصدومان ناشي از اين تصادفات، تلاش دارد ابعاد پنهان آن را روشن سازد. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش نمايانگر طيف وسيعي از آسيب‌‌هاست كه از سطوح خرد تا سطوح كلان جامعه را دربرمي‌گيرد. مهم‌ترين اين پيامدها در سطح خرد كه همان قربانيان و مصدومان حوادث هستند شاملِ سبك زندگيِ اجباري، افزايش احساس آنومي، افزايش فشار و استرس‌‌هاي رواني، تضييع حقوق فردي، تزلزل موقعيت شغلي و تحصيلي، زيان‌هاي مالي و هويتي، كاهش سرمايۀ اجتماعي و نظاير آن مي‌‌شود؛ همچنين مهم‌ترين اين پيامدها در سطح ميانه يا خانواده شاملِ فشارهاي چندجانبۀ اقتصادي، جاني و رواني به اعضاي خانواده، بحران سرپرستي خانواده، تزلزل ساختار خانواده، ناامني رواني و اقتصادي خانواده، تنزل پايگاه اجتماعي - اقتصادي خانواده و نظاير آن مي‌‌شود و در سطح كلان، پيامدهايي چون خسارات اقتصادي سنگين به دولت، قانون‌شكني و قانون‌‌گريزي اجتماعي، كاهش متوسط سن اميد به زندگي، هدررفتن مهارت‌‌ها و تخصص‌‌ها، افزايش هزينه‌‌هاي كنترل و نظارت پليسي، كاهش قشر مولد و افزايش قشر ناتوان را دربرمي‌گيرد. حاصل اين پيامدها، تروماي اجتماعي - فرهنگي است كه به‌شكل پنهان جامعه را به مخاطره مي‌اندازد

Traffic accidents in Iran have a lot of worrying situations. Each year about 23000 people are killed and ten times more injured and billions of dollars worth of damage are due to the size of the costs and casualties imposed on the Iranian community. Most investigations follow these events in terms of objectivistic and statistical reasons. But what is less at stake in this regard is the widespread social dimension of the consequences of the incident. Understanding these outcomes and injuries is so much that many people fall victim to the vulnerable and vulnerable group. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the social consequences that road traffic accident victims are experiencing and in a qualitative way trying to understand the different dimensions of these consequences at different levels. The results of this study reveal a wide range of injuries. ranging from micro levels to macro levels of society. At the micro level which is the same as the victims and the victims of accidentsthe most important of these consequences are: forced lifestyle, increased anomie feeling, increased stress and stress, personal rights violations, job and educational shakiness, financial and identit and reduced social capital. At the middle or family level these outcomes include: economicpsychological and psychological pressures on family members, family planning crisis, family planning shocks, family psychosocial insecurity, demographic decline of the family, and so on.At the macro level the consequences of heavy economic damage to the state, social exclusion and social exclusion, the decline in the average age of life expectancy, the wasting of skills and expertise, increased costs of police control and control,the reduction of the productive and increasing corpses
