Identify the Professional Responsibility Components of the Curriculum Specialists

هدف مقالة حاضر تحليل مسئوليت‌هاي حرفه‌اي متخصصان برنامة درسي و شناسايي مؤلفه‌هاي آن است. اين پژوهش از نظر روش‌شناختي مطالعة موردي كيفي است. مشاركت‌كنندگان در پژوهش را افراد خبره در حوزة برنامة درسي و آموزش عالي تشكيل مي‌دادند كه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري از موارد ويژه تعداد 20 نفر انتخاب و دعوت به مشاركت شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوري دادة مصاحبه نيمه‌ ساختارمند بوده است. براي تحليل داده‌‌هاي حاصل از مصاحبه از روش تحليل مضمون استفاده شده و اعتبار يافته‌ها با روش تأمل مشاركت‌كنندگان ارزشيابي شده است. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه متخصصان برنامة درسي داراي مسئوليت كلي در ارتباط با نظام تربيتي و يادگيري در گام اول و مسئوليت حرفه‌اي در حوزة تخصصي برنامة درسي هستند. اين مسئوليت كلي داراي مؤلفه‌هايي مانند «دفاع از حيطة تخصصي، اثرگذاري بر تصميم‌سازان، ايفاي نقش صحيح، پاسخ‌گويي، آموزش و پژوهش و تعهد سازماني» است. يافته‌ها همچنين نشان داد كه ماهيت مسئوليت متخصص برنامة درسي آموزش چند بعدي است و جنبه‌هاي متفاوتي را در بر مي‌گيرد.

The goal of this article is to analyze the curriculum specialists’ professional responsibilities and identify its components. In terms of methodology, qualitative case study, and participants the study includes experts in the field of curriculum and higher education, twenty of whom were selected through sampling special cases and invited for participation. The data collection tool was the semi-structural interview. For analyzing the data obtained from the interview, the theme analysis method was used and the credibility of the findings was evaluated by the participants' reflection method. The findings showed that the curriculum specialists primarily have overall responsibility in educational system and learning, and they have the professional responsibility in the specialized field of curriculum. This overall responsibility includes components such as defending specialized field, influencing on decision-makers, performing the correct role, accountability, instruction and research and organizational commitment. The findings also indicate the nature of the professional responsibility of the curriculum is multidimensional and involves different aspects.
