موقعيت‌هاي رويارويي جنسيتي در دانشگاه و مصايب آن

The gender encountering situations in the university and their miseries

موقعيت‌هاي رويارويي جنسيتي در روابط روزمرۀ دانشگاهي مسائل و مصايبي را ايجاد مي­كند كه شايسته بررسي است. در اين ميان، مسئلۀ چگونگي رويارويي جنسيتي استادان مرد با دانشجويان زن در كشور ايران و پيامدهاي غيرعلمي آن اهميت بسيار زيادي دارد. در پژوهش حاضر مصايب جنسيتي دانشجويان زن در زمينه روابط موجود در دانشگاه ايراني بررسي شد. تمركز اين پژوهش بر مناسبات و زيست دانشگاهي بود كه طي آن، مضمون ويژگي‌هاي رويارويي جنسيتي استادان مرد با دانشجويان زن، از نظر بروز و ورود به موقعيت‌هاي غيرعلمي، طبقه‌بندي و تحليل شد. براي اين منظور، با رويكرد مطالعات فرهنگي و به­ كارگيري روش كيفي، 146 مصاحبۀ عمقي با دانشجويان زن 10 دانشگاه تحليل مضمون شد. پرسش‌هاي اين مصاحبه‌ها ناظر بر پرسش از «حفظ حريم» در موقعيت‌هايي است كه طي آن مناسبات علمي دانشجويي در روابط استادان مرد با دانشجويان زن به مناسبات غيرعلمي تحريف مي‌يابند. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه اصل حفظ حريم ارتباط جنسيتي در فرهنگ ايراني وقتي توسط استادان مرد با قوت زيادي اجرا يا دچار گسست مي‌شود، سه‌‌گانۀ خشونت، تبعيض و بهره‌كشي جنسيتي پديد مي‌آيد كه برآيند آنها روي‌ همرفته مصايب جنسيتي را براي دانشجويان زن به بار مي‌آورد. يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش مي‌تواند در سطوح نظريه‌پردازي درخصوص كاركرد دانشگاه، سياستگذاري دانشگاهي و در سطح اخلاق دانشگاهي نقش مؤثري داشته باشد.

This article is about studying girl students’ gender miseries in the Iranian university. The population of the university is the only mixed sex population in an official and governmental space in which the population is highly by cultural circulation and variations. Due to this fact, the gender encountering happens a lot through the everyday relations of the university. The gender encountering of the girl students with the male professors contains a crucial importance that has been remained silent at other inquiries; however there is some information of sexual exploitation, harassment and discrimination about girl students by male professors. This article mainly concerns about a type of gender encountering, in Iranian university community, which has not been studied before. For this reason, we analyzed 10 universities and conducted in-depth interview with 146 girl students. As the result, our findings demonstrate that the principle of regarding the gender privacy, based on the Iranian culture, by male professors, when it is performed so strictly or it is ruptured then it produces the triadic consequences of gender “harassment”, “discrimination” and “exploitation”. Thus, the inevitable result of these factors is the occurrence of gender misery for girl students.
