برون دادهاي تحقق يافته كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي در استان تهران

Perceived Outcomes of the Public Libraries in Tehran Province

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين وضعيت برون‌دادهاي تحقق‌يافته از خدمات كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي استان تهران در زندگي كاربران در مؤلفه‌هاي آموزش، پژوهش، كسب‌ وكار و تجارت، فعاليت‌هاي روزمره و فعاليت‌هاي فرهنگي، مذهبي و اجتماعي انجام شده است. روش: اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش گردآوري و تجزيه‌ و تحليل داده‌ها توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعۀ آماري پژوهش شامل 86000 نفر از اعضاي 15 تا 79 سالۀ كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي نهادي استان تهران بودند كه با روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي نسبتي تعداد 620 نفر انتخاب و مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. براي اجراي اين پژوهش از يك پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ ساخته به‌عنوان ابزار گردآوري داده‌‌ها استفاده شد. روايي محتوايي ابزار اين پژوهش با استفاده از نظرتعدادي از اساتيد علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسي فعال در اين حوزه تأييد شد و سنجش پايايي ابزار با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ 0/97 به دست آمد. يافته‌ها: نتايج حاصل از بررسي نشان داد ميزان برون‌دادهاي تحقق‌يافته از كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي در حوزه‌هاي آموزش، پژوهش و كسب‌وكار، فعاليت‌هاي روزمره، فعاليت‌هاي فرهنگي، مذهبي و اجتماعي و در كل برون‌دادهاي كلي كمتر از حد متوسط بود. برون‌دادهاي تحقق‌يافته در حوزه‌هاي آموزش، پژوهش و كسب‌ و كار و تجارت، فعاليت‌هاي روزمره و برون‌دادهاي كلي برحسب ميزان استفادۀ هفتگي و سالانۀ كاربران تفاوت داشتند. رابطۀ بين برون‌دادهاي تحقق‌يافته به‌طوركلي و حوزه‌هاي آن با سن كاربران مثبت بود. ميانگين برون‌دادهاي تحقق‌ يافته به‌ طور كلي و هر سه حوزۀ آن بين كاربران كتابخانه‌ها با درجات مختلف تفاوت داشت. ميانگين برون‌دادهاي تحقق‌يافته كاربران متأهل به‌طوركلي و در حوزه‌هاي آن از كاربران مجرد بيشتر بود. اصالت/ارزش: رويكرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ برون‌داد در راستاي اهداف ارزيابي كيفيت خدمات و تعيين ميزان اثرگذاري نهايي خدمات در زندگي كاربران قادر است تصور درستي از واقعيت‌هاي موجود در كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي را به مسئولان و دست‌اندركاران بخش فرهنگي جامعه منتقل كند. اين پژوهش بيشتر به ارتقاي مباني نظري سنجش تأثير و برون‌دادهاي كلي و نشان دادن تأثير كتابخانه‌ها بر جامعه كمك مي‌كند.

Purpose: The present research aims to investigate the status of perceived outcomes of the services of Tehran province's public libraries in their users' life in the areas of education, research and business, everyday activities, and cultural, religious and social activities. Method: This is an applied research in terms of purpose and a survey-descriptive study in terms of the data collection and analysis method. The Statistical population of the research consisted of 86,000 library members of public libraries of Tehran province (under supervision of Iran Public Libraries Foundation) whose ages ranged from 15 to 79. The sample of study included 620 members who were selected using the ratio stratified sampling method. The Data collection was conducted through a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by a number professionals in the field of public libraries. The realiability of the questionnaire was calculated by using a Cronbach's alpha test, which found to be 0.97. Findings: The results revealed that the amount of the perceived outcomes of the public libraries in the areas of education, research and business, everyday activities, cultural, religious and social activities, and the outcomes in general were lower than the mean level. The perceived outcomes in the areas of education, research and business, everyday activities, and the perceived outcomes in general were significantly different in terms of the weekly and annual usage by the members. The relationship of the perceived outcomes in general and of the areas with the age of users was significantly positive. The mean value of the perceived outcomes in general and of the three areas was significantly different between the users of the libraries. The mean value of the perceived outcomes of married users in general and the three areas was significantly higher than the one of unmarried users. Originality/value: The outcomes assessment approach, aiming at assessing the service quality and determining the final effectiveness of services in the users' life, can present an accurate picture of the facts existing in the public libraries to the authorities and stekeholders involved in the cultural sector. Further research in this field help to advance the theoretical foundations of assessment of the impact and overall outcomes and to show the libraries' effect on society.
