شناسايي خدمات جنبي در كتابخانه‌‌هاي عمومي استان كرمانشاه و نقش آن‌‌ها در جذب و نگهداشت كودكان و نوجوانان

Identification of the Extra Services in the Public Libraries of Kermanshah Province and their Role in Attracting and Retaining Children and Adolescents

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي و تشريح خدمات جنبي كتابخانه‌‌هاي عمومي استان كرمانشاه و نقش آن‌‌ها در جذب كودكان و نوجوانان به كتابخانه و نگهداشت آنان در آن انجام شده است. روش: در اين پژوهش از رويكرد آميخته استفاده شده است. براي گردآوري داده‌‌ها از پرسش‌نامه، سياهۀ وارسي و مصاحبه با كتابداران استفاده شد كه روايي محتوايي آن بر اساس نظرات متخصصان تأييد شد و پايايي پرسش‌نامه به روش ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ (0/86) به دست آمد. جامعۀ آماري پژوهش را اعضا و كتابداران كتابخانه‌‌هاي عمومي استان كرمانشاه تشكيل مي‌‌دهند. حجم نمونه در بخش اعضا از 100 نفر و در بخش كتابداران از 10 نفر تشكيل شده است كه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي خوشه‌اي و غيرتصادفي سهميه‌اي انتخاب شدند. براي تجزيه‌ و تحليل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS و روش‌هاي كدگذاري اشتروس و كروبين (باز، محوري و انتخابي) استفاده شده است. يافته‌‌ها: نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه آموزش قرآن، قصه‌‌گويي، مسابقات كتاب‌‌خواني و نقاشي، جشن و مراسم مذهبي، مطالعه در تابستان، كانون ادبي، نمايشگاه كتاب و تازه‌‌هاي كتاب، برنامه‌‌هاي جنبي مورد اجرا در كتابخانه‌‌هاي عمومي هستند. نمايش فيلم، موسيقي و گروه‌‌هاي كتاب‌‌خواني در هيچ‌‌كدام از كتابخانه‌‌ها وجود ندارد. رضايت از برنامۀ نقاشي، مسابقات كتاب‌‌خواني، قصه‌‌گويي زياد و آموزش قرآن، نمايشگاه كتاب بيشتر از ساير خدمات است. مهم‌‌ترين موانع در ارائۀ خدمات جنبي، كمبود بودجه و امكانات، كمبود فضاي مناسب و كمبود نيروي انساني هستند. اصالت/ارزش: خدمات جنبي در كتابخانه‌‌هاي عمومي نقش مؤثري در جذب و نگهداشت كودكان و نوجوانان دارد. همچنين، اين برنامه‌‌ها در استفادۀ مطلوب از اوقات فراغت و تشويق به فعاليت‌‌هاي فرهنگي هنري به‌منظور رشد و اعتلاي فرهنگي جامعه نقش به‌سزايي را ايفا مي‌‌كند. كاربست اين يافته‌ها با توجه به بافت جغرافيايي و فرهنگي خاص كرمانشاه مي‌تواند زمينه را براي پرورش بهتر كودكان و نوجوانان مهيا ساخته و نقش كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي را در آموزش‌ و پرورش اعضا برجسته سازد.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify and explain the extra services of libraries affiliated with the public libraries of Kermanshah province and their role in attracting children and adolescents to the library and retaining them in it. Method: In this study, a mixed methods has been used. To collect the research data, a questionnaire, a check list, and an interview with librarians were utilized. The content validity of these tools were confirmed by the experts' opinions and the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.86). The statistical population included the members and librarians of public libraries in Kermanshah province. The sample size consisted of 100 library members and 10 librarians who were selected by both cluster sampling and quota sampling. SPSS software and Strauss & Corbin coding methods (open, axial, and selective) were used to analyze the data. Findings: The results indicated that Quran teaching, storytelling, reading and drawing competitions, celebrations and religious ceremonies, summer study, literary center, book fairs, and exhibitions of newly published books are among the extra and ancillary programs implemented in public libraries. There is no movie, music, or reading group in any of the libraries. The level of satisfaction with the painting program, reading competitions, storytelling and Quran teching, and book fairs is higher than the level of satisfaction other services. The most important barriers to providing ancillary services are lack of funds and facilities, lack of adequate space and lack of human resources. Originality/value: The provision of extra/ancillary services in the public libraries of Kermanshah province has a positive and influential role in shaping the personality of children and adolescents. Furthermore, these programs play an important role in the optimal use of leisure time and the encouragement of cultural-artistic activities for the cultural development of society. Given the specific geographical and cultural context of Kermanshah, applying these findings can prepare the ground for better educating and training the children and adolescents and highlight the role of public libraries in this process.
