اثربخشي آموزش رفتاري والد بر تعامل والد - كودك و تنيدگي فرزندپروري مادران كودكان با اختلال كاستي توجه - بيش‌فعالي

Effectiveness of parent behavioral training on parent-child interaction and parenting stress in mothers of children with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder

اين پژوهش با هدف تعيين ميزان اثربخشي آموزش رفتاري والد بر تنيدگي فرزندپروري و تعامل والد- كودك در مادران كودكان با اختلال كاستي توجه - بيش‌فعالي انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر نيمه‌آزمايشي و طرح مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش طرح پيش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه كنترل بود. جامعۀ آماري در اين پژوهش كليۀ مادران كودكان با اختلال كاستي توجه - بيش‌فعالي مراجعه‌كننده به كلينيك روان‌شناسي آتيه در سال 1397 بودند. گروه نمونه مشتمل بر 30 نفر بود كه به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفي در دو گروه 15 نفري قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمايش طي 10 جلسۀ 90 دقيقه‌اي، هفته‌اي دو بار در جلسات گروهي آموزش رفتاري والد شركت كرد و گروه كنترل هيج مداخله‌اي دريافت نكرد. ابزار به كار گرفته شده در پژوهش حاضر مقياس رابطۀ كودك-والد رابرت سي. پيانتا (1992) و مقياس تنيدگي فرزندپروري بري و جونز (1995) بودند. داده‌هاي پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحليل كوواريانس چندمتغيري در نسخۀ 23 نرم‌افزار SPSS تحليل شد. نتايج به‌دست آمده نشان داد كه آموزش رفتاري والد تأثير معناداري بر تعامل والد- كودك و تنيدگي فرزندپروري در مادران كودكان با اختلال كاستي توجه - بيش‌فعالي داشت. آموزش برنامۀ آموزش رفتاري والد مي‌تواند تعامل والد- كودك را افزايش و مشكلات رفتاري كودكان با اختلال رفتاري را كاهش دهد؛ بنابراين، برنامه‌ريزي به‌منظور استفاده از اين برنامه اهميت خاصي دارد.

Aim. The aim of this study was to investigate parent bbehavioral training on the parent-child interaction and parenting stress in mothers of children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Methods. The present research was a semi-experimental study with pre-test, post-test design and control group. The research population included all mothers of children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder referring to Atiyeh Psychology Clinic in 2018 academic year. The sample included 30 mothers who were selected using convenient sampling method. Subjects were divided into experiment and control groups randomly, each group consisting of 15 mothers. The experiment group participated in 10 sessions of parent management training (twice a week; each session lasted 90 minutes), while the control group did not. The used in this research were Piyanta’s Child-Parent Relationship Scale (1992) and Berry and Jones’ Parental Stress Scale (1995). Multivariate analysis of covariance was used by SPSS23 for analyzing the data. Results. The results showed that parent management training had a significant effect on the parent-child interaction and parenting stress in mothers of children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Conclusion. The parent management training can increase parent-child interaction and decrease behavioral problems of children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder; therefore, planning for make use of this program is of particular importance.
