نقد و بررسي تأويلات عرفاني از شريعت قرآني

وضعيت شريعت قرآني در دو مبحث در ميان برخي از صوفيه متزلزل شده است؛ يكي در بحث مربوط به رابطه شريعت، طريقت و حقيقت؛ چرا كه به‌زعم برخي از صوفيان، رعايت احكام شرعي براي كاملان و واصلاني كه از شريعت و طريقت گذشته و به‌ حقيقت رسيده‌اند ضرورتي ندارد. ديگري در بحث تأويلات آيات الاحكام اعم از حقوقي و غيره است كه در برخي از اين تفاسير، قسمت مهمي از آنها را از معناي ظاهري، عرفي و حقيقي خود تهي كرده و به سود گرايش خويش تأويل كرده‌اند؛ تأويلي كه گاهي با هيچ يك از قواعد تفسيري و قواعد موجود در علم اصول سازگار نيست. چنين روشي از ديرباز سبب حساسيت عالمان ديني و مفسران قرآن شده است. از اين رو بايد به تبيين و شرح و احياناً نقد و آسيب‌شناسي چنين برداشت‌هايي بپردازيم كه نوشته حاضر در پي تحقق آن است. در اين نوشته نظر برخي از مفسران و قرآن‌پژوهان نيز مورد نقد قرار خواهد گرفت.

Sharia and Quran rulings alongside with beliefs and morality have an important place in Qur’anic educational system in a way that misinterpretation or paraphrases of the verses related to this topic could ruin Islamic orders and cause radical harms to Religiosity and Islamic life style of believers. Sharia’s has lost its impact among Sufis especially regarding two topics. One is that according to some Sufis, observance of religious rules is not necessary any more for perfect man and united with God who has passed sharia and mystical order and reached truth. The other one is regarding some Sufis or theosopher paraphrases of verses which are related to religious orders. The apparent point, common sense and the essence of these verses are lost in these individual profitable interpretations. This article summarizes opinions of Quran researchers on this topic and provides analytic view.
