تجارب يادگيري و برنامه جايگزين (LEAP) براي دانش‌آموزان پيش‌دبستاني با اختلال طيف اُتيسم و والدين آنها: الگويي براي فراگيرسازي

Learning Experiences and Alternative Program (LEAP) for Preschoolers and Their Parents: A Model of Inclusion

زمينه: اختلال طيف اُتيسم (ASD) اختلالي عصبي-رشدي است كه جنبه‌هاي مختلف رشد و تحول كودكان را تحت تأثير قرار مي‌دهد. يكي از نهضت‌هايي كه اخيراً به منظور توانمندسازي اين كودكان و حضور آنها در جامعه مطرح شده است، نهضت فراگيري سازي است. از جمله‌ مدل‌هايي كاربردي فراگيري‌سازي در حوزه اُتيسم، مدل تجارب يادگيري و برنامه جايگزين (LEAP) براي دانش‌آموزان پيش‌دبستاني با اختلال طيف اُتيسم و والدين آنها است. روش: پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش مروري در پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي Science Direct, ProQuest, PubMed, Google scholar با كليد واژه‌هاي LEAP model, inclusion model, Learning Experiences and Alternative Program, autism inclusion منابع علمي مرتبط جمع‌آوري شد. پس از جمع‌آوري منابع، تاريخچه مدل تجارب يادگيري و برنامه جايگزين، مولفه‌ها، اثربخشي و كاربرد آن توصيف شد. نتيجه‌گيري: هدف عمدۀ اين مدل، كمك به كودكان در دستيابي به پتانسيل كامل رشدي است تا بتوانند از جريان غالب آموزش عمومي استفاده كنند. در اين مقاله سعي شده است تا مؤلفه‌هاي اصلي اين مدل شناسايي و معرفي شوند و يافته‌هاي تجربي در زمينه اثربخشي مدل تجارب يادگيري و برنامه جايگزين (LEAP) بر رشد مهارت‌هاي عملكردي، بازي مستقل، تعامل اجتماعي، كسب پيش‌نيازهاي مهارت‌هاي تحصيلي، دستيابي به مهارت‌هاي گفتاري و زباني و رفتار سازگارانه ارائه شود.

Background: Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodegenerative disorder that affects the various aspects of childhood development. One of the movements that have recently been put forward to empower these children and their presence in the community is the inclusion. Among the applied models that are known in autism, is the Learning Experience and Alternative Program (LEAP) model for pre-school students with autism spectrum disorders and their parents. Method: To do this, using the systematic review method by searching the following words (LEAP model, inclusion model, Learning Experiences and Alternative Program, autism inclusion) in scientific websites like, Science Direct, Proquest, PubMed, and Google Scholar databases data from 2000 to 2018 were collected. After the collection of resources, the history of the model of Learning Experience and Alternative Program, components, effectiveness and application was described. Conclusion: The main purpose of this model is to help children achieve full developmental potential in order to use the mainstream of general education. In this paper, we attempt to identify and introduce the main components of this model. Empirical findings on the effectiveness of LEAP model on the development of functional skills, independent play, social interaction, achieving prerequisites for academic skills, language and adaptive behavior.
