ارزشيابي وضعيت ياددهي – يادگيري معلمان دوره ابتدايي شهر يزد بر اساس مدل اشور و ويژگي‌هاي جمعيت شناختي

An Evaluation of the Teaching-Learning Functions of Teachers in Yazd Elementary Schools Based on Assure Model and Demographic Characteristics

هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارزشيابي وضعيت ياددهي – يادگيري معلمان دوره ابتدايي شهر يزد براساس مدل اشور و ويژگي‌هاي جمعيت شناختي بوده است. نوع پژوهش كاربردي وروش آن توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش معلمان دوره ابتدايي شهر يزد در سال تحصيلي 96-1395بالغ بر4196 نفر بوده است. با استفاده ازجدول كرجسي ومورگان تعداد 351نفرازمعلمان به عنوان نمونه آماري به شيوه طبقه‌اي متناسب باحجم انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزارگردآوري داده پرسشنامه محقق ساخته براساس مدل اشوربوده است.روش‌هاي آماري در اين پژوهش آمار توصيفي شامل (ميانگين، توزيع فراواني و انحراف معيار) و آمار استنباطي شامل (آزمونT تك نمونه‌اي، آزمونT دوگروه مستقل، آزمون F تحليل واريانس يك راهه و آزمون‌هاي تعقيبي مربوط) مي‌باشد. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه ميانگين اقدام معلمان دوره ابتدايي شهر يزد در ابعاد؛ تحليل ويژگي‌هاي دانش‌آموزان و انتخاب روش‌ها، رسانه‌ها و مواد آموزشي در فرآيند تدريس پايين‌تر از حد متوسط و در بعد ميزان بكارگيري رسانه‌ها و مواد آموزشي در فرآيند تدريس نيز در حد متوسط بوده درحالي كه در ابعاد بيان هدف‌هاي آموزشي كلاس درس و مشاركت‌دهي دانش‌آموزان و ارزشيابي آموزشي در فرآيند تدريس بالاتر از حد متوسط، بوده است. معلمان داراي سابقه خدمت بالاتر، به طورمعناداري رسانه‌ها و مواد آموزشي را بيشتر به كار مي‌گيرند. دبيران زن در مولفه‌هاي بيان هدف‌هاي آموزشي، انتخاب روش‌ها، رسانه‌ها و موادآموزشي، بكارگيري رسانه‌ها و مواد آموزشي، مشاركت‌دهي دانش‌آموزان و ارزشيابي آموزشي به طور معناداري عملكرد بالاتري داشته‌اند.

The goal of the present study is to evaluate the teaching-learning functions of teachers in Yazd elementary schools based on Assure model and demographic characteristics. This study is conducted through applied research and the research method is descriptive-survey. The research community include all elementary school teachers in Yazd in the academic year of 2016-2017 (n=4196). Using the Krejcie and Morgan table (95% confidently), the sample population is estimated as 351 individuals that are selected through a proportional volume method. The data collection tools include a researcher-made questionnaire developed based on Assure model. The statistical methods in this research are descriptive statistics (mean, frequency distribution and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (T-test single-sample, T-test, two-group independent, F-test, one-way analysis of variance and related follow-up tests). The obtained results show that the average functions of Yazd elementary teachers in dimensions such as analysis of students’ characteristics and in choosing methods, media, teaching aids for training are lower than the average and in dimensions such as using media and teaching aids in teaching process is at the average levels. While in dimensions such as expressing the educational goals and students’ participation rate and evaluating and revising the teaching process they show above the average functions. The teachers with high service records use the media and educational materials more effectively and significantly. In addition, female teachers act significantly more effective in expressing educational goals, selecting methods, media, teaching aids for training, encouraging students’ participations and evaluating and revising the teaching process.
