چكيده فارسي :
اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي عوامل تأثيرگذار بر كيفيت تدريس در دانشگاه فرهنگيان اردبيل با روش آميخته انجام شده است. درواقع، با تركيب روش كيفي «مصاحبة گروه هاي كانوني» و روش كمّي «توصيفي-پيمايشي» انجام شد. در بخش كيفي عوامل و گويه هاي مؤثر بر كيفيت تدريس از ديدگاه استادان و دانشجومعلمان سرآمد دانشگاه شناسايي و دسته بندي شدند. در بخش كمّي نيز به كمك پرسشنامة محقق ساخته ديدگاه هاي 354 نفر (78 استاد و 276 دانشجومعلم) كه به روش تصادفي ساده انتخاب شده بودند، گردآوري و سپس، داده ها با نرمافزار Spss 22 با روش آماري مانوا و رتبه بندي فريدمن تجزيه و تحليل شدند. يافته هاي بخش كيفي پژوهش نشان ميدهد عوامل ويژگيهاي فردي و حرفهاي استادان، اجراي موفق برنامة درسي، ارزشيابي آموزشي، مديريت كلاس، فضاي فيزيكي دانشگاه، عوامل برون ساختاري (آموزش و پرورش) و درون ساختاري (محيطي-سازماني) بيشترين نقش را در كيفيت آموزش و تدريس دانشگاه فرهنگيان دارند. همچنين در بررسي كمّي، يافته ها نشان ميدهد از ديدگاه دانشجومعلمان دختر و پسر تفاوتي در عوامل استخراجشده بهجزء عوامل درون و برون ساختاري وجود ندارد و به لحاظ رتبه بندي عوامل، از ديدگاه استادان عوامل درون ساختاري (محيطي-سازماني) ، ويژگيهاي فردي و حرفهاي استادان و عوامل برون ساختاري (آموزش و پرورش) در رتبه هاي اول تا سوم قرار داشتند و از ديدگاه دانشجومعلمان ويژگيهاي فردي و حرفهاي استادان در رتبة اول، عوامل محيطي–سازماني و برون ساختاري (آموزش و پرورش) در رتبه هاي دوم و سوم قرار دارند؛ در نتيجه، بايد گفت در كيفيت تدريس دانشگاه فرهنگيان اردبيل عوامل زيادي دخيل بوده اند كه از بين آنها بيشترين تأثير مربوط به ويژگيهاي فردي و حرفهاي استادان و عوامل درون ساختاري دانشگاه (محيطي- سازماني) است كه بايد بيشتر بدانها توجه كرد.

This research was carried out with the aim of investigating the effective factors on the quality of education and teaching at Ardebil University of Medical Sciences in mixed method. In fact, by combining the qualitative method of focus group interviews and the quantitative descriptive-survey method. In the qualitative section, the factors and factors affecting the quality of teaching were identified and classified from the perspective of professors and students of the university's leading universities. In a small section, 354 people (78 teachers and 276 students of science) were selected through a researcher-made questionnaire that were selected by simple random sampling method. Then, the data were analyzed using SPSS22 software with Manova & Friedman Ranking Statistical Method. The findings of the qualitative research section showed that the factors of individual and professional faculty, successful implementation of curriculum, educational evaluation, class management, physical space of the university, factors of outsourcing (education) and in-structural (environmental-organizational) highest They have a role in the quality of teaching and learning at the University of Cultural Studies. Also, in a quantitative study, the findings showed that there is no difference in the factors of the extracted factors, except for internal and external factors, from the viewpoint of the male and female students. In terms of factors ranking, from the perspective of the faculty members of the internal structural (environmental-organizational) factors, Individual and professional faculty members and outsourcing factors (education) were ranked first to third, and from the viewpoint of academic students, the individual and professional characteristics of faculty members were ranked first, environmental factors - organizational and outsourcing (education) In the second and third ranks. As a result, it should be said that in the quality of teaching of Farhangian University in Ardebil, many factors have been involved, among which the most influences are the individual and professional characteristics of faculty members and the internal structural factors of the university (environmental-organizational), which require special attention.
