بررسي تأثير عوامل انساني - اجتماعي و فني مهندسي در پيش بيني رفتار ترافيكي رانندگان شهر تهران

Investigating the effect of Human-Social and Technical-Engineering Factors on Predicting Traffic Behavior of Tehran Drivers

اصلاح رفتار ترافيكي رانندگان، از موضوعات اساسي در كاهش سوانح رانندگي در كشورها است. در اين ميان، سه عامل انساني، اجتماعي و فني مهندسي بر رفتار ترافيكي راننده تأثيرگذار هستند و مداخلات در هريك از اين مؤلفه‌ها، رفتار راننده را متأثر مي‌سازد. روش در اين پژوهش سعي شده است كه به شيوۀ پژوهش‌هاي كيفي، رفتار ترافيكي راننده بر پايۀ سه عامل مذكور تبيين و شاخصه‌هاي هريك از اين مؤلفه‌ها مشخص شده و تأثير آن‌ها بر رفتار ترافيكي رانندگان موردپردازش قرار گيرد. اين كار مي‌تواند متوليان امر ترافيك را در جهت پيش‌بيني‌هاي مرتبط با رفتار ترافيكي راننده ياري رساند. در بخش كيفي، از طريق مصاحبه‌هاي عميق و نيمه‌عميق با نخبگان عرصۀ حمل‌ونقل از طريق تحليل محتواي برنامه‌ريزي‌شده، عوامل مؤثر بر رفتار ترافيكي راننده تبيين و اثر هريك از عوامل مذكور رتبه‌بندي شد. يافته‌ها در بين سه عامل مذكور، ابتدا عامل اجتماعي و كنترل‌هاي بيروني به‌عنوان مؤثرترين عامل بر رفتار ترافيكي راننده و در مرتبۀ دوم، عامل فردي و در مرتبۀ سوم، عامل فني و مهندسي در حوزۀ راه و خودرو برآورد شدند. در ادامۀ اين بررسي، به‌وسيلۀ آزمون آماري فريدمن، اولويت‌بندي شاخصه‌ها در هريك از اين عوامل سه‌گانه مشخص و تبيين گرديده است. پيشنهاد‌ها به نظر مي‌رسد كه كنترل‌هاي اجتماعي مي‌تواند بخش اعظمي از رفتار ترافيكي را تنظيم نموده و در راستاي تغيير و اصلاح رفتار ترافيكي در جامعه كارساز باشد كه براي تغيير پژوهش رفتار ترافيكي راننده مي‌بايست در زمينۀ هريك از اين سه عامل، با توجه به رويكرد اثرگذاري عوامل اجتماعي بر رفتار ترافيكي، اقدامات لازم به عمل آيد.

Background and aim: Modifying the traffic behavior of drivers is one of the key issues in reducing accidents in countries. In the meantime, three human, social, and technical-engineering factors influence driver traffic behavior, and interventions in each of these components affect driver behavior. Method: In this study, it has been attempted to qualitatively investigate the drivers 'traffic behavior based on these three factors and to determine the characteristics of each of these components and their impact on the drivers' traffic behavior. This can assist traffic constellations in predicting driver traffic behavior. In the qualitative section, through in-depth and semi-in-depth interviews with transport elites through planned content analysis, the factors affecting driver behavior were explained and ranked the effects of each of the factors. Findings: Among the three mentioned factors, at first social factor and external controls were considered as the most effective factors on driver's traffic behavior and secondly, individual factor and third, technical and engineering factor in road and automobile domain. In the continuation of this study, the Friedman statistical test has identified and explained prioritizing the attributes in each of these three factors. Suggestions It seems that social controls can regulate much of traffic behavior and work to change and modify traffic behavior in society. To change the research on traffic behavior, one must consider each of these three factors in view of the impact of social factors. Take action on traffic behavior. In order to change the research on traffic behavior of driver should be taken the necessary actions considering the approach of influencing social factors on traffic behavior
