چكيده فارسي :
انقلاب اسلامي ايران الگوي بيداري بشريت در عصر حاضر است. همچنين امام خميني ره معمار و بنيانگذار انقلاب اسلامي ايران، كه انديشة سياسي‌اش مبتني بر فقه سياسي شيعه است، معيار شناخت مباني انقلاب اسلامي قرار مي‌گيرد و تاكنون در جهت‌دهي و جريان‌سازي در ميان نهضت‌ها و ملت‌هاي مبارز جهان نقش تعيين‌كننده داشته است. در انديشة ايشان، با توسعة حوزة مسئوليت‌هاي نظام اسلامي، هدف از تأسيس چنين نظامي در سه سطح ملي، منطقه‌اي و جهاني تعريف مي‌شود. ايشان در بعد منطقه‌اي و جهاني، صدور انقلاب، يعني تلاش در جهت توسعة نفوذ اسلام در ميان مردم دنيا را مسئوليت اصيل دولت اسلامي در وراي سرزمين‌هاي ملي مي‌داند كه از طريق اصل واجب «امر به معروف و نهي از منكر» به عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين مفاهيم دين اسلام، با همكاري همة اركان نظام، بايد پي‌گيري شود. در انديشة سياسي ايشان اهداف صدور بين‌المللي انقلاب شامل ذاتي و اجتناب‌ناپذير بودن؛ صدور الگوي ارزش‌هاي مطلوب، اجراي تكليف شرعي، نفي ظلم و حمايت از مظلوم؛ تاكتيك تهاجمي؛ پي‌گيري اصل «دعوت»؛ نفي سبيل؛ حفظ دارالاسلام؛ و زمينه‌سازي براي حكومت جهاني اسلام است. مقالة حاضر به روش تحليلي ـ توصيفي انجام گرفته است.
چكيده لاتين :
The Islamic Revolution of Iran is a pattern of human awakening in the present era. Also, Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, whose political thought is based on Shi'a political jurisprudence, is the criterion for recognition of the principles of the Islamic Revolution, and so far, he has played a decisive role in directing and raising movements among the nations. In his thought, with the development of the responsibilities of the Islamic system, the goal of establishing such a system is defined at three levels: national, regional and global. In the regional and international dimension, he considers the exportation of the Islamic Revolution, i.e. promoting the influence of Islam among the people of the world, as a genuine responsibility of the Islamic government towards the world, which must be followed in cooperation with all pillars of the system, through the obligatory principle of "commanding good and forbidding evil" as one of the most important Islamic concepts. In his eminence's political thought, the goals of the international exporting the revolution included intrinsic and inevitable; exporting a model of desirable values, fulfilling religious duties, neglecting oppression and protecting the oppressed, military tactics, following the principle of "invite", maintaining darul-Islam and preparing conditions for the global Islamic government.
