The Requirements for IR`s Efficiency with Regard to Republicanism in the Fifth Decade

ارتقاي كارآمدي نظام جمهوري اسلامي از مسايل حائز اهميت در دهه پنجم است. دو دستاورد كلان نظام جمهوري اسلامي «جمهوريت» و «اسلاميت»، وجه تمايز آن از رژيم پهلوي است. در چهار دهه گذشته شاهد دستاوردهاي عظيمي از اين دو مولفه بوده ايم، اما به منظور بهره وري بيشتر از اين دو ظرفيت، لازم است در دهه پنجم، تاملاتي در اين زمينه صورت پذيرد. در اين نوشتار، عنوان «جمهوريت» مورد بحث و بررسي قرار گرفته تا به اين سوال پاسخ داده شود كه از اين ظرفيت، در دهه پنجم انقلاب، چگونه مي توان براي كارآمدي بيشتر نظام بهره گرفت؟ با بهره گيري از اسناد بالادستي جمهوري اسلامي و به شيوه تحليلي تجويزي نشان داده شده است كه در آينده نظام جمهوري اسلامي هم بايد تحولاتي در امر نظارت و مشاركت مردم، هم خدمت گذاري به مردم و هم تقويت نهادهاي رابط مردم و حكومت صورت پذيرد.

Improving the effectiveness of the Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the key issues in the fifth decade. The two great achievements of the Islamic Republic, namely "its states of being republic and Islamic", have made it distinctive of the Pahlavi regime. During the past four decades, we have witnessed the great achievements of these two components, but in order to exploit these two capacities more, it is necessary in the fifth decade to come up with some reflections on this. In this paper, the title "republicanism" has been discussed to answer this question, how can this capacity be used in the fifth decade of the revolution for more efficiency in the system? Using the high-level documents of the Islamic Republic and the prescriptive analytical method, it has been shown that in the future of the Islamic Republic, changes in the monitoring and participation of the people, both serving the people and strengthening the institutions of the people and government should be established.
