The Achievements of Islamic Revolution (IR) in the Field of Interactions between Government and Citizens on the Basis of the Theory of the Systems

اين مقاله به دنبال پاسخ به اين سئوال است كه رابطه جامعه اي متشكل از شهروندان با نظام سياسي سالم چيست؟ و انقلاب اسلامي در چهارمين دهه از عمر خود، تا چه اندازه توانسته در تبيين الگوي ايدئال از «روابط حكومت و شهروندي» موفق عمل نمايد. درخصوص فرضيه مي توان گفت در نظام سياسي برآمده از دل انقلاب، شهروندان فعال و صاحب انگيزه، در بستر جامعه ي سالم و بانشاط مي توانند در تاسيس، تكوين، تثبيت و تداوم نظام جمهوري اسلامي نقشي فعالانه همراه با آزادي و آگاهي داشته باشند. ازاين رو، هدف مقاله حاضر، درك دستاوردهاي انقلاب اسلامي در زمينه تبيين و بازتوليد رابطه سالم و با نشاط ميان جامعه شهروندي و حاكميت و نيز شناخت هر يك از ابعاد جامعه سالم و ارتباط آن با نظام سياسي كه نمي تواند فارغ از شناخت فرايندهاي مذكور و نيز رسيدن به تبييني نظري از انگاره جمهوري اسلامي به عنوان يك الگو براي بازتعريف نظام سياسي سالم، متعادل و مطلوب باشد.

This article seeks to answer the question: what is the relationship of a community of citizens with a healthy political system and to what extent does IR has been successed in giving an ideal model of this relation during its fourth decade of life? Regarding the hypothesis, it can be said that in the political system originated from the heart of the revolution, active and motivated citizens, in a healthy and joyful society, can play an active role in the establishment, development, consolidation and continuation of IR. The purpose of this article, therefore, is to understand the achievements of the IR in explaining and reproducing the healthy and vibrant relationship between the citizenship and sovereignty as well as understanding the aspects of a healthy society and its relation to the political system that regardless of such a comprehensive understanding be achieved.
