بررسي موانع و مشكلات توليد پسته كم نهاده در منطقه دشت رباط شهربابك

Barriers and Obstacles of Producing low Input Pistachio: The Case of Dasht Robat District of Sharbabak

به دليل كاربرد بيرويه و نامناسب مواد شيميايي در فرآيند توليد محصولات كشاورزي، بشر با بحرانهاي جديدي مواجه شده است. كشاورزي ارگانيك/ كم نهاده به عنوان وسيلهاي براي برخورد با مسائل به وجود آمده و حفظ تعادل زيستمحيطي در جهت پايداري مطرح شده است. به همين منظور، پژوهش حاضر به روش كيفي باهدف بررسي موانع و مشكلات توليد پسته ي ارگانيك/كم نهاده در دشت رباط شهربابك انجام شد. داده ها. دادهها از طريق مصاحبه با مطلعان كليدي و كساني كه ازلحاظ فني اطلاعات كافي درزمينه محصولات كم نهاده داشتند به شيوه نمونه گيري گلوله برفي با استفاده از تكنيك ارزيابي مشاركتي روستايي جمع آوري و به شيوه تحليل محتوا تحليل شدند. نتايج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد به طوركلي عواملي كه مانع توليد پسته ارگانيك/كم نهاده در منطقه دشت رباط شهر بابك شده اند شامل عوامل اقتصادي، بازار، آموزش، كاربرد، توليد، بهداشت، مديريت، سياستگذاري، فرهنگسازي و مشاركت ميباشند. با كدگذاري محوري، مولفه هايي كه مشترك بودند در پنج دسته عوامل كاربردي، اقتصادي، قانوني، فني- توليدي و اجتماعي قرار گرفتند. شرح بيشتر يافته ها، در متن مقاله آمده است

The human being has faced new crisis due to inappropriate and indiscriminate use of chemical materials in the process of agricultural production. Organic/ low-input agriculture has developed as a tool to face with upcoming issues and maintain ecological balance toward sustainability. Thus, current study used a qualitative research method approach to investigate barriers and problems of organic/ low-input pistachio production in Dasht Robat District of Sharbabak County. Interview technique was used for data collection among key informant people who had adequate information about organic/ low-input products identified via snowball sampling. Results of present study showed that barriers of producing low input pistachio production were economic, market, education, application, production, hygiene, management, policy making, culture and participation. The common components were classified in five groups including application, economic, legal, technical and social factors using axial coding. More detailed findings are presented in the body of the paper.
