بررسي رابطه عوامل درون سازماني با رفتار سياسي براساس نقش تعديل كنندگي مهارت سياسي و اراده سياسي در صنعت ورزش

Relationship between Intra-Organizational Factors and Political Behavior Based on Moderating Role of Political Skill and Political Will in Sport Industry

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي رابطه عوامل درون سازماني با رفتار سياسي براساس نقش تعديل گر مهارت سياسي و اراده سياسي در صنعت ورزش بود. روش پژوهش، توصيفي از نوع طرح همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري شامل كليه كاركنان وزارت ورزش كشور و فدراسيون ها بود كه بالغ بر 1500 نفر مي باشند. از بين فدراسيون ها، 4 فدراسيون ورزش تيمي و 4 فدراسيون ورزش انفرادي به علت پر طرفدار بودن از بين ساير فدراسيون ها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. نمونه پژوهش حاضر شامل 350 نفر است كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري غيرتصادفي در دسترس انتخاب گرديدند. جهت سنجش متغيرهاي مورد مطالعه از پرسشنامه استفاده گرديد. در بررسي الگوي پيشنهادي، روش معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي SPSS-19 و PLS به كار گرفته شد. يافته ها حاكي از آن بود كه رابطه عوامل درون سازماني، مهارت سياسي و اراده سياسي با رفتار سياسي معني دار نبود. رابطه عوامل درون سازماني با مهارت سياسي و اراده سياسي معني دار بود. همچنين، يافته ها نشان دادند كه مهارت سياسي و اراده سياسي رابطه بين عوامل درون سازماني و رفتار سياسي را تعديل كردند. با توجه به نتايج اين پژوهش، به مديران و مسئولان سازمان ها پيشنهاد مي شود كه نقش اثرگذار عوامل درون سازماني، مهارت سياسي و اراده سياسي بر روي ابعاد مختلف سياست سازماني را مورد توجه قرار دهند.

The study is to investigate the relationship between intra-organizational factors and political behavior based on moderating role of political skills and political will in the sports industry. The research method is a descriptive co relational design. The statistical population includes all employees of the Ministry of Sport and federations, which is over 1500. Of the federations, four team sports federations and four individual sports federations were selected based on popularity among federations. The sample consists of 350 people who were selected by available non-random sampling method. A questionnaire was used to measure the variables studied. In order to study the proposed model, structural equation method was used using SPSS-19 and PLS software. The findings indicated that the relationship between intra-organizational factors, political skill and political will was not significant with political behavior. The relationship between intra-organizational factors with political skill and political will were significant. Also, the findings showed that the political skill and political will moderated the relationship between intra-organizational factors and political behavior. According to the results of this research, it is suggested to managers and authorities of the organizations to consider the role of intra-organizational factors, political skill and political will on different aspects of organizational politics.
