رفتار اطلاع يابي دانش‌جويان علمي - كاربردي مركز آموزش جهاد كشاورزي بوشهر و ارائه راهكارهايي در جهت ارتقاء آن

Investigation of Information Seeking Behavior of Students of Bushehr Jihad Agriculture Training Center and Providing Solutions for Its Improvement

از آنجا كه رسالت هر نظام اطلاع رساني تسريع در بهره گيري از اطلاعات از سوي كاربران است، از اين رو شناخت كاربران، نيازهاي آنان و روشهايي كه براي كسب اطلاعات به كار ميگيرند، ضروري است و تهيه منابع اطلاعاتي بدون در نظر گرفتن نياز اطلاعاتي فراگيران موجب اتلاف نيروي انساني، بودجه و ديگر امكانات خواهدشد. بنابر اين پژوهش حاضر به هدف بررسي نيازهاي اطلاعاتي و رفتار اطلاعيابي دانشجويان مركز آموزش علمي كاربردي جهاد كشاورزي استان بوشهر اجرا شد. روش پژوهش، پيمايشي و با استفاده از پرسشنامه بود. در اين پژوهش از روش اعتبار محتوا جهت روايي و براي اندازه گيري پايايي از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل دانشجويان آن مركز در نيمسال اول سال تحصيلي94-93 بودند (314=N)، كه پس از حذف پرسشنامه هاي ناقص، از تعداد 282 فقره پرسشنامه براي تجزيه و تحليل نهايي استفاده شد. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه بيشترين انگيزه دانشجويان از جستجوي اطلاعات، تهيه گزارشها و پژوهشهاي درسي است. مهمترين منبع چاپي در كسب اطلاعات مورد نياز، كتب تخصصي معرفي شده از طرف اساتيد بيان شد. اغلب دانشجويان بين 3 تا 6 ساعت در هفته از اينترنت استفاده نموده كه بيشترين استفاده از پست الكترونيك، موتور كاوش نظير گوگل و پايگاههاي تخصصي جهت دريافت اطلاعات درسي است. مهمترين موانع دسترسي جامعه مورد پژوهش به اطلاعات عدم آشنايي با زبان انگليسي، كمبود منابع موجود در كتابخانه مركز و حجم زياد اطلاعات بازيابي شده ذكر شده است. با توجه به نتايج تحقيق، ارائه آموزشهاي لازم و برگزاري كارگاه هاي آموزشي براي دانشجويان به منظور تقويت رفتار اطلاع يابي وكسب تواناييهاي لازم براي رفع نيازهاي اطلاعاتي پيشنهاد ميگردد.

Since the mission of each information system is to accelerate the use of information by users, hence, knowing users, their needs, and the ways in which they use information is essential and the provision of information resources, regardless of the information needs of learners, will result in the loss of human resources, budget and other facilities. Therefore, the research was conducted to investigate the information needs and information seeking behavior of students of Applied Scientific Training Center of Jihad-e-Agriculture in Bushehr province. The research method was survey and using a questionnaire. In this study, content validity method was used for validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for measuring reliability. The statistical population of this study included students of that center during the first semester of academic year 2014-15 (N = 314). After removal of incomplete questionnaires, 282 items of the questionnaire were used for final analysis. The research findings showed that students' motivation was the most to seek information, prepare reports and study research. The most important source of information was the need for specialized literature introduced by the professors. Most students use the Internet between 3 and 6 hours a week, which is the most widely used e-mail, search engine such as Google and specialized databases for learning. The most important barriers to accessing the community are English language abilities, lack of resources in the library and a large amount of information retrieved. According to the results of the research, providing the necessary training and holding workshops for students in order to strengthen the information seeking behavior and the ability to meet the information needs is suggested.
