ﺯﻣﻴﻨﻪ ﻭ ﻫﺪﻑ: ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﺖ ﺍﻋﺘﻘﺎﺩ ﺍﻓﺮﺍﻃﻲ ﻓﺮﺍﮔﻴﺮﺍﻥ ﻋﻠﻮﻡ ﭘﺰﺷﮑﻲ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺘﺎﺏﻫﺎﻱ ﺩﺭﺳﻲ ﺍﺯ ﻳﮏ ﻃﺮﻑ، ﻋﺎﺩﺕ ﻧﺪﺍﺷﺘﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮﺍﻧﺪﻥ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ، ﻋـﺪﻡ ﺁﺷﻨﺎﻳﻲ ﻭ ﺗﺴﻠﻂ ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺍﻏﻠﺐ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺭﻭﺵﻫﺎﻱ ﺟﺴﺘﺠﻮ ﺩﺭ ﻣﺘﻮﻥ ﻭ ﻣﻘﺎﻻﺕ ﭘﺰﺷﮑﻲ ﻭ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻣﻬﺎﺭﺕ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻭ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻭ ﻧﻘﺪ ﻣﻘﺎﻻﺕ" ﺍﺯ ﻃﺮﻑ ﺩﻳﮕﺮ، ﺗﻌﺪﺍﺩ ﻛﻤﻲ ﺍﺯ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﺍﺯ ﻣﻘﺎﻻﺕ ﺭﻭﺯ ﺩﻧﻴﺎ ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﺍﺭﺗﻘﺎ ﺀ ﺩﺍﻧﺶ ﻭ ﻋﻠﻢ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺑﻬﺮﻩ ﻣﻲﺑﺮﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﺖ ﻋﺪﻡ ﺁﺷﻨﺎﻳﻲ ﻭ ﺗﺴﻠﻂ ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺭﻭﺵﻫﺎﻱ ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﺍﺳﻼﻳﺪﻫﺎﻱ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻭ ﻧﺤﻮﻩ ﺻﺤﻴﺢ ﻭ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺏ ﺍﺭﺍﺋﻪ ﻳﮏ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﻋﻠﻤﻲ، ﻓﺮﺍﮔﻴﺮﺍﻥ ﺩﺭ ﺍﺭﺍﻳﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺐ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺩﻳﮕﺮ ﻫﻤـﻜﺎﺭﺍﻥ ﺩﺍﺭﺍﻱ ﻣﻬﺎﺭﺕ ﻻﺯﻡ ﻧﻤﻲﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﺩﺭ ﮊﻭﺭﻧﺎﻝ ﻛﻼﺏ ﻭ ﺍﺭﺍﻳﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺍﺯ ﺳﻮﻱ ﻓﺮﺍﮔﻴﺮﺍﻥ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﺗﻲ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻲﺗﻮﺍﻧﺪ ﺩﺭ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﺭﻭﻳﻜﺮﺩ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﻭ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳﺶ ﻣﻬﺎﺭﺕ ﺩﺭ ﻣﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﻓﻮﻕﺍﻟﺬﻛﺮ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪﻑ ﺍﺭﺯﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺍﺛﺮ ﺑﺮﮔﺰﺍﺭﻱ ﮊﻭﺭﻧﺎﻝ ﻛﻼﺏﻫﺎ ﺩﺭ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﻋﺎﺩﺕ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺟﺴﺘﺠﻮ ﻭ ﺧﻮﺍﻧﺪﻥ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﻭ ﺍﺭﺍﺋﻪ ﺳﺨﻨﺮﺍﻧﻲ ﻋﻠﻤﻲ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺩﺳﺘﻴﺎﺭﺍﻥ ﻓﻮﻕ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﻲ ﺟﺮﺍﺣﻲ ﻗﻔﺴﻪ ﺻﺪﺭﻱ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﻭ ﺭﻭﺵ ﻫﺎ: ﭘﺲ ﺍﺯ ﺍﺟﺮﺍﻱ ﺟﻠﺴﺎﺕ ﮊﻭﺭﻧﺎﻝ ﻛﻼﺏ ﻣﺎﻫﻲ ﻳﮏ ﺑﺎﺭ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪﺕ 4 ﺳﺎﻝ، ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﺍﺭﺯﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻓﺮﺍﻳﻨﺪ ﺍﺯ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﻋـﺎﺩﺕ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ،ﺧﻮﺍﻧﺪﻥ ﻭ ﺍﺭﺍﻳﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﻭ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎﺭ ﺑﺮﺩﻥ ﺁﻥ، ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪﺍﻱ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮﺭﺕ ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺶ ﺍﺯ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﭘﺴﺖ ﺍﻟﮑﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﮑﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺭﻭﻱ ﻓﻠـﻮﻫﺎﻱ ﺟـﺮﺍﺣﻲ ﺗﻮﺭﺍﮐﺲ ﮐﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺗﺤﺼﻴـﻞ 2 ﺳﺎﻟﺔ ﺧـﻮﺩ 22 ﺑﺎﺭ ﺩﺭ ﮊﻭﺭﻧﺎﻝ ﮐﻼﺏﻫﺎﻱ ﺩﻭﺭﺍﻥ ﺩﺳﺘﻴـﺎﺭﻱ ﻓﻮﻕ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﻲ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺷﺮﮐـﺖ ﻣﻲﮐﺮﺩﻩﺍﻧﺪ، ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﺑﻴﺶ ﺍﺯ 80 ﺍﺯ ﻓﺮﺍﮔﻴﺮﺍﻥ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮﺭ ﻛﻠﻲ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺭﻭﺵ ﺁﻣﻮﺯﺵ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻧﻴﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻫﺪﺍﻑ ﻓﻮﻕﺍﻟﺬﻛﺮ ﻋﺎﻟﻲ ﻭ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭ ﺧﻮﺏ ﺍﺭﺯﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻛﺮﺩﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺩﺭ ﺗﻚ ﺗﻚ ﻣﻬﺎﺭﺕﻫﺎﻱ ﻓﻮﻕ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺩﺭ ﺻﺪ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﻲ ﺍﺯ ﻓﺮﺍﮔﻴﺮﺍﻥ ﺍﺛﺮ ﺑﺨﺸﻲ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺭﻭﺵ ﺁﻣﻮﺯﺵ ﺭﺍ ﻋﺎﻟﻲ ﻭ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭ ﺧﻮﺏ ﺍﺭﺯﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻛﺮﺩﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴـﺮﻱ: ﺑﺮﮔـﺰﺍﺭﻱ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺟﻠﺴـﺎﺕ ﻧﻪ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺳﺒﺐ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﺭﻭﻳﻜـﺮﺩ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮﻱ ﺧﻮﺍﻧﺪﻥ ﻣﻘﺎﻻﺕ، ﺩﺭﻙ ﺻﺤﻴﺢﺗﺮ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺐ ﻛﺘﺎﺏﻫﺎﻱ ﺩﺭﺳﻲ ﻭ ﺍﺭﺗﻘﺎﺀ ﻣﻬﺎﺭﺕﻫﺎﻱ ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﺍﺳﻼﻳﺪ ﻭ ﺳﺨﻨﺮﺍﻧﻲ ﻋﻠﻤﻲ ﺩﺭ ﺩﺳﺘﻴﺎﺭﺍﻥ ﻓﻮﻕ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﻲ ﺟﺮﺍﺣﻲ ﺗﻮﺭﺍﻛﺲ ﮔﺮﺩﻳﺪ، ﺑﻠﻜﻪ ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻓﺮﺻﺖ ﺭﺍ ﻓﺮﺍﻫﻢ ﻛﺮﺩ ﺗﺎ ﻫﺮ ﻣﺎﻩ ﺍﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﺸﺎﻥ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﺯﻣﻴﻨﺔ ﻳﻜﻲ ﺍﺯ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎﺕ ﺭﺷﺘﺔ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺑﻪ ﺭﻭﺯ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺍﺭﺳﺎﻝ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻻﺕ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻤﺎﻡ ﺟﺮﺍﺣﺎﻥ ﺗﻮﺭﺍﮐﺲ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺩﺭ ﻫﺮ ﻣﺎﻩ ﻳﻚ ﺁﺭﺷﻴﻮ ﺧﻮﺏ ﺍﺯ ﻣﻘﺎﻻﺕ ﺑﻪ ﺭﻭﺯ ﻭ ﺍﻧﺘﺨﺎﺏ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻭ ﺑﻬﺮﻩﺑﺮﺩﺍﺭﻱﻫﺎﻱ ﺁﻣﻮﺯﺷﻲ ﺩﺭ ﺑﺨﺶﻫﺎﻱ ﺁﻣﻮﺯﺷﻲ ﻭ ﺩﺭﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺍﻳﺠﺎﺩ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺭﻭﺷﻦ ﺑﻮﺩﻥ ﻭ ﺳﺎﺩﻩ ﺑﻮﺩﻥ ﺟﺰﺋﻴﺎﺕ ﺭﻭﺵ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﻛﺎﺭ ﺍﻣﻜﺎﻥ ﺍﺟﺮﺍﺀ ﻭ ﺗﻜﺮﺍﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻓﺮﺁﻳﻨﺪ ﺩﺭ ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﮔﺮﻭﻩﻫﺎﻱ ﺁﻣﻮﺯﺷﻲ ﻭ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩﻫﺎﻱ ﻋﻠﻮﻡ ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻲ ﻛﺸﻮﺭ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction & Objective: Due to Iranian Thoracic surgery fellows’ exaggerated belief in textbooks on the one hand and their unfamiliarity with scientific search and reading articles and article appraisal on the other hand, only a few fellows employ articles to promote their scientific work and practice. Furthermore as a result of fellows’ incapability to prepare informative power point presentations and give speech properly, fellows are unable to present new information to their colleagues. Participation in journal clubs and presenting articles could help fellows to become skillful in mentioned issues. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of journal clubs on different aspects of reading, presenting and practices of thoracic surgery fellows. Materials & Methods: After 4 years of conducting journal clubs every month, evaluation survey via e mail from thoracic surgery fellows (who had participated in 22 journal clubs in their 2 years training) was carried out to assess the effect of journal clubs on scientific search, study appraisal, power point preparation, study habit, presentation skill, and practice promotion. Results: More than 80% of the fellows stated that journal clubs had been very good or excellent for achieving the mentioned educational goals. Additionally considerable percentage of fellows evaluated the effectiveness of this educational method on separated asked items to be very good or excellent. Conclusions: Conducting journal club sessions not only improves fellows approach in reading articles, better understanding of the text books, and preparing power point presentations, but also provides an opportunity for them to update their information in one of the selected thoracic surgery subjects every month. Bedsides, a valuable archive from selected and updated articles have been gathered for Iranian thoracic surgeons every month. As the running of journal clubs is simple and clear, it is quite possible for other departments in our medical schools to employ our method and carry out similar journal clubs.
