ويژگي هاي محيط يادگيري در نظام آموزش عالي كشاورزي صلاحيت محور

Learning Environment Characteristics in Competence-Based Agricultural Higher Education

پژوهش هاي انجام شده در سال هاي گذشته، نشان داده اند كه كيفيت محيط يادگيري تأثير انكارناپذيري بر دستيابي به هدف هاي آموزشي دارد. يكي از هدف هاي اساسي آموزش در نظام آموزش صلاحيت محور، ايجاد پيوند بين نظام آموزشي و بازار كار است. براي تحقق اين رهيافت آموزشي، تعيين ويژگي هاي محيط يادگيري بسيار اهميت دارد. در اين تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي، اسناد و پژوهش هاي پيشين با استفاده از روش تحليل محتوا و كدگذاري تجزيه و تحليل شده است تا ويژگيهاي لازم براي محيط يادگيري در نظام آموزش عالي كشاورزي صلاحيت محور استخراج شود. براي اين منظور نمونه ي مورد تحقيق 12 پژوهش مرتبط كه به صورت هدفمند براي پژوهش انتخاب شده و مورد بررسي و تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات و داده هاي مورد نياز پژوهش، سياهه وارسي و برگه هاي محقق ساخته بود. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كه بر مبناي نتايج پژوهش هاي انجام شده و با توجه به اصول آموزش صلاحيت محور، ويژگيهاي لازم براي محيط يادگيري در آموزش صلاحيت محور، به طور كلي در پنج دسته قرار ميگيرد. اين ويژگيها عبارت اند از: تأكيد بر فعاليتهاي عملياتي، تاكيد بر ارتقاي مهارتهاي ارتباطي، تاكيد بر توسعه فردي فراگيران، حمايت از مشاركت فراگيران در يادگيري و دربرداشتن اصول ارزشيابي. با توجه به نتايج تحقيق و تآكيد آموزش صلاحيت محور بر ارتباط تنگاتنگ محيط يادگيري و محيط كاري و ماهيت تجربي آموزش كشاوري ضرورت دارد در تدوين برنامه آموزشي و درسي به ويژگيهاي محيط يادگيري صلاحيت محور نيز توجه ويژه اي شود.

Previous studies showed that the learning environment has the undeniable effect on achieving educational goals. In competence-based education (CBE), one of the most important goals is making a connection between education and labor market. Therefore, to achieve this educational goal, characteristics of the learning environment should be taken into account. In this analytical- descriptive research, previous studies have been analyzed through content analysis and coding method in order to extract characteristics of a competence- based learning environment in agricultural higher education. The sample population was 12 related researches that selected purposefully. The research instrument was researcher made checklists. Based on the previous researches and regarding CBE principles, learning environment in agricultural higher education have five characteristics including: emphasis on practical activities, emphasis on communicational skills, emphasis on learners’ personal development, supporting learner’s participation in the learning process, and considering evaluation principles. Considering the results of the research and the emphasis of CBE on the close relationship between the learning environment and workplace and also the empirical nature of the agricultural education, it is suggested that special attention be paid to the learning environment characteristics in agricultural education and curriculum planning.
