Presentation teaching organization model for Farhangian University

سازمان ياددهنده سازماني است كه در آن همه اعضاء مشغول ياددادن و يادگرفتن هستند و امر ياددهي و يادگيري بدون توجه به جايگاه سازماني افراد در آن سازمان انجام مي شود. پژوهش حاضر به منظور ارائه مدل سازمان ياددهنده براي دانشگاه فرهنگيان صورت گرفت. اين پژوهش از نوع كاربردي و مدل يابي و از نظر تحليل نتايج، همبستگي از نوع علي است كه با استفاده از روش ميداني انجام شد. ابزار بكار گرفته شده در اين پژوهش پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بود كه روايي صوري، محتوايي و سازه آن مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. همچنين پايايي آن با استفاده از روش آلفاي كرونباخ تأييد شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر، كليه اعضاي هيأت علمي و كارشناسان دانشگاه فرهنگيان بودند. حجم جامعه آماري اين پژوهش 3686 نفر بود كه 418 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري با روش نمونه‌گيري در دسترس از نوع سهمي انتخاب شدند. براي تعيين حجم نمونه از جدول كوهن استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از روش‌هاي آمار توصيفي، استنباطي و مدل معادلات ساختاري انجام گرفت. نتايج نشان دهنده آن است كه مدل تدوين شده سازمان ياددهنده براي دانشگاه فرهنگيان برازش مناسبي دارد و همه مؤلفه‌هاي مدل ارائه شده از نظر آماري معنادار هستند.

A teaching organization is the organization that all members are teaching and learning in it and teaching and learning is done regardless of the position of the people in that organization. The purpose of the present research was presentation teaching ّorganization model for Farhangian Universitiy. This research is an applied one and modeling and based on the analysis of results is a casual correlation. It was done by field study. Used instrument was self- made questionnaire that the superficial, content and structure validity was confirmed. Also its reliability was confirmed using of Cronbach alpha. Statistical society of the present research was all faculty members and the experts of Farhangian University. Statistical society was 3686 people. 418 people were selected using of partial and available sampling method from the statistical society. Cohen table was used to determine the sample size. The analysis of data was done using of descriptive statistics, inferential and structural equation modeling. The results show that the Fitness of teaching organization model for Farhangian University is proper and all the components of presented model are statistically significant.
