چكيده فارسي :
ميراث فرهنگي هر كشوري، نشان‌دهنده فرهنگ، تاريخ و پيشينه يك ملت است كه داراي ارزش‌هاي مختلفي از جمله ارزش‌هاي اجتماعي، اقتصادي و تاريخي است، اما ارزيابي ميراث از ديد ارزش‌هاي نهفته در آن صورت نمي‌گيرد؛ بنابراين در برنامه‌ريزي براي حفاظت و نگهداري و يا بهره‌برداري از اين ميراث، ممكن است گاه ارزش‌هايي ناديده انگاشته شوند. از طرفي محدوديت در بودجه، زمان و نيروي انساني، باعث الزام يك برنامه اولويت‌بندي اقدام است. در اين راستا، ارائه يك اولويت‌بندي تخصصي از ارزش‌هاي نهفته در ميراث از ديد متخصصين حوزه مرمت، معماري و شهرسازي جهت تجزيه‌وتحليل ارزش‌هاي ميراث معماري و شهرسازي، ضروري مي‌نمايد. از اين‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزيابي ارزش‌هاي مستتر در ميدان نقش جهان اصفهان به‌عنوان يك ميراث ارزشمند و داراي اهميت تاريخي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي و اقتصادي به‌منظور اولويت‌بندي اقدام جهت حفاظت و برنامه‌ريزي براي عناصر آن است. در اين راستا، پژوهش حاضر به شيوه‌اي توصيفي- تحليلي و پيمايشي با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه و با روش ANP، به شناخت و اولويت‌بندي ارزش‌هاي ميراث معماري و شهرسازي در ميدان نقش جهان با تأكيد بر نظر متخصصين پرداخته است. نتايج حاصل از بررسي‌ها نشان داد كه فضاي شهري ميدان نقش جهان، اولويت اول، عمارت عالي‌قاپو در اولويت دوم، مسجد شيخ لطف‌الله در اولويت سوم، مسجد امام در اولويت چهارم و بازار قيصريه در اولويت پنجم به‌لحاظ ارزشي قرار دارند. اولويت ارزش‌هاي هر يك از مكان‌هاي ميراثي، نشان از اولويت مداخله در خصوص سياست‌گذاري، برنامه‌ريزي و اجراي طرح‌ها است.

Each country's cultural heritage indicates culture, history, and background of a nation, which has different social, economic, and historical values. However, the evaluation of these heritages does not take place considering the hidden values in them. Therefore, in planning for preservation or exploitation of these heritages some values in them may be ignored. On the other hand, constraint on the budget, time, and workforce necessitates to set a prioritized action plan. In this regard, it is necessary to provide a special priority of hidden values in heritages from the view of experts in the field of construction, architecture and urbanism to analyze the values of architectural and urban values. Naqshe Jahan Square in Isfahan as a valuable heritage with historical, social, cultural, and economic significance should be investigated to determine the priorities of its conservation and planning for its elements. In this regard, the present study with a descriptive – analytical manner and using the questionnaire and by ANP method was tried to identify and prioritize the values of architectural and urban values considering the expert's view. The results of this study showed that the priority of the elements in the Naqshe- Jahan Square is Naghshe-jahan square urban space, aliqapu building, Sheykh lotfollah mosque, Emam mosque, Qeysariyeh Bazar.
