بررسي كيفيت پساب پخت اوليه كارخانه فراوري ماهي با توجه به استانداردهاي محيط‌ زيست جهت مصارف كشاورزي( مطالعه موردي: ناحيه شهرك صنعتي ميرود بابلسر)

Investigation of waste water quality from fish processing factory according to environmental standards for agricultural use

با توجه به اهميت فاضلاب صنعتي، آلودگي‌هاي ناشي از آن بررسي تركيبات موجود، استفاده مجدد، امكان بازگشت آن‌ها به طبيعت، چگونگي دفع، ميزان آلودگي به وجود آمده در اثر ورود به طبيعت و كاهش آثار سو آن موردبررسي قرار گرفت. رشد روزافزون جمعيت و افزايش نياز به محصولات فراوري‌شده همچون كنسرو ماهي، افزايش كارخانه‌هاي فرآوري و افزايش توليد پساب صنعتي حاصل در محدوده بابلسر مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. پساب حاصل به دليل ميزان چربي بالا باعث بروز مشكلات تصفيه در اين شهرك گشته است. در اين تحقيق شاخص‌هاي كيفي TDS، BOD، COD، TSS،pH و FAT در پساب اوليه پخت دو نوع ماهي زرده و هوور اندازه‌گيري، مقايسه و چگونگي استفاده مجدد آن‌ها بررسي گشت. با توجه به نتايج به‌دست‌آمده ميزان BOD، COD، TSS، TDS و FAT در ماهي هوور به ترتيب 10558.20، 67946.41، 21790 و2.07 و در ماهي زرده 35641.25،71085.33، 40457 و 2.06 بود كه با مقادير ارائه‌شده توسط سازمان محيط‌زيست مطابقت نداشت. نتايج نشان داد كه اين پساب براي استفاده در كشاورزي مناسب نيست و در ابتدا بايد مورد تصفيه قرارگرفته سپس مقايسه‌هاي لازم با مقدار مجاز محيط‌زيست انجام گردد.

Due to the importance of industrial wastewater, the pollution caused by industrial, it,s compounds and reuse, the possibility of their return to nature, how to dispose of and the amount of pollution caused by entering the nature and reducing it,s adverse effects were evaluated. For this reason, in present reserch the growing population and and increased demand for processed products such as canned fish, increase processing factory and increased production of industrial waste in the Babolsar area was investigated.Because of the high fat effluent treatment plant in this town has been causing problems in the field. In this study, qualitative indicators BOD5, COD, TSS and pH in the initial waste cooking of two type of fish Thunnus tonggol and Euthynnus affinis measuring and comparing and examining how to reuse them in return. According to the results, BOD, COD, TSS and TDS in fish Thunnus tonggol were 10558.20, 67946.41, 21790 and 2.07 and in Euthynnus affinis were 35641.25.71085.33,40457and 2.06 which did not match the values provided by the Department of Environment.The wastewater is not suitable for use in agriculture and in need of treatment were compared needed to be done with the authorized environment.
