مدل‌سازي و تحليل سناريوهاي آينده نظام بانكي در ايران

Modeling & Analysis of Future Scenarios in Iranian Banking System

پژوهش حاضر با نگاهي توصيفي – تحليلي به دنبال ترسيم فضاهاي حالت محتمل در آينده نظام بانكي ايران است. در فرايند انجام اين پژوهش، ابتدا هشت كنش­گر اصلي شامل دولت، مجلس، قوه قضائيه، بانك مركزي، بانك­هاي دولتي، بانك­هاي خصوصي، مشتريان خرد و مشتريان كلان بانك­ها طي مصاحبه هاي باز با خبرگان بانكي شناسايي شدند. سپس دو كنش­گر اثرگذار در خلق سناريوهاي آينده نظام بانكي (دولت و متقاضيان كلان منابع مالي) و گزينه­ هاي تصميم هر يك براي خلق آينده مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. در ادامه گزينه­ هاي امكان­ پذير و اولويت هر كدام تعيين شد. در پايان ضمن تحليل پايداري وضعيت­هاي محتمل، سياست­هاي پيشنهادي براي هر يك از حالات عنوان گرديد.

The present study is a descriptive-analytical study aimed at mapping probable states in the future of the banking system of Iran. In the process of doing this research, at first, eight main actors, including government, parliament, judiciary, central bank, governmental banks, private banks, microcredit customers and large-scale customers of banks, were interviewed. There were two influential actors in creating the future scenarios of the banking system (government and large-scale customers of banks i.e. financial resources applicants). The major options for each decision to create the future were examined. Thereafter, possible options and priorities were determined. At the end, the stability of probable situations were analyzed and different policies for each of the situations were proposed.
