يك مسلمان (به‌طور خاص شيعه) براي زيست عملي خود مبتني بر دين (فارغ از مباحث معرفتي و اعتقادي)، بايد بر اساس «رساله عمليه» رفتار كند. اين رسايل تعيين‌كننده وجوه 5 گانه افعال يك فرد مسلمان (واجب، مستحب، مباح، مكروه و حرام) است. امروزه ساحت زيست انسان فراتر از حوزه فردي بوده و عرصه زندگي اجتماعي و سياسي بخش جداناپذيري از زندگي مسلمانان شده است؛ در اين عرصه نيز يك مسلمان بايد بر اساس دين عمل كند. از طرفي رساله‌هاي عمليه موجود عمدتاً به حوزه زندگي فردي پرداخته‌اند تا عرصه زندگي سياسي و اجتماعي. سؤالي كه اينجا مطرح مي‌شود آن است كه آيا در عرصه زندگي اجتماعي و به‌طور خاص عرصه زندگي سياسي نيز مي‌توان از رساله‌هايي صحبت كرد كه مانند رساله‌هاي عمليه در حوزه فردي عمل كنند؛ يعني تعيين‌كننده وجوه 5 گانه رفتار مسلمانان در عرصه سياسي باشند. تبيين ماهيت اين رسايل مبتني بر ويژگي‌هايشان و ضرورت وجود آن‌ها، محورهاي اصلي مقاله حاضر است.

This treatise determines the five types of verbs of a Muslim (obligatory, Mustahab, mobah, makroh and haram). Today, human life is beyond the Individual life, and the social and political life has become an impartible part of Muslim life. Especially in Iran, and with the victory of the Islamic Revolution, this area of ​​life has become more significant in society. The question that arises here is whether in the realm of social life, and in particular in the realm of political life, it is possible to speak of treatises that act like action treatises in the realm of individual life. That is, determining the five types of Muslim behavior in the political arena. Explaining the nature of this treatise based on their characteristics and their necessity is the main focus of this paper.
