Syria and the Emergence of New Cold War

بحران سوريه پس از سپري كردن مراحل جنگ سخت بين بازيگران منطقه‌اي، به سوي جنگ سرد جديدي بين بازيگران قدرتمند فرا منطقه اي پيشروي كرده است. پرسش اساسي مطرح شده در مقاله حاضر اين است كه ماهيت تقابل جديد غرب و شرق در قبال بحران سوريه چگونه است؟ ماهيت اين تقابل آشكار شدن مجدد جنگ سرد بين دو بلوك قدرتِ كشورهاي غربي به رهبري آمريكا و كشورهاي شرقي به رهبري روسيه مي­باشد. ماهيت تقابل جديد غرب و شرق در برابر همديگر در دو بعد اساسي قابل تبيين است: يكي، در كانون قرار داشتن مسأله امنيت و ديگري، رويكرد تدافعي همكاري و اتحاد كشورهاي حاضر در بلوك قدرت شرق، در برابر تهديد‌ات ناشي از گسترش حوزۀ نفوذ آمريكا و متحدانش در سطح بين‌المللي و منطقه خاورميانه. مقاله، با استفاده از روش پژوهشي توصيفي - تحليلي، شاخص هاي جنگ سرد ايجاد شده در نتيجه بحران سوريه را نشان مي دهد.

The Syrian crisis, after passing the stages of a hard war between regional actors, advances towards a new cold war between powerful intra-regional actors. The basic question raised in the present article is, “How is the nature of the new conflict between East and West in the Syrian crises?” The nature of the confrontation is revealing the cold war between the two blocks of the Western countries, led by the U.S., and the Eastern countries, led by Russia. The new nature of the confrontation between East and West against each other can be explained in two basic dimensions: one, the security being in the center and another is the defensive approach of cooperation and unification of countries in the East power block against the threat caused by the spread of America’s influence and its allies in the Middle East region and the international level. The article, using descriptive-analytical method, shows cold war index created as the results of the Syrian crisis.
