ارزيابي تأثير كم‌آبياري بر عملكرد، صفات كيفي و بهره وري آب ارقام متفاوت گوجه فرنگي در دشت مغان

Assessment the effect of deficit irrigation on yield, quality and water productivity of different cultivars of tomato in Moghan plain.

كم ­آبياري و انتخاب رقم مناسب از راهكارهاي مطلوب جهت مصرف بهينه آب به‌ويژه در مناطق خشك و نيمه­خشك هستند. بر اين ­اساس آزمايش به­صورت كرت‌هاي خرد شده بر پايه بلوك‌هاي كاملاً تصادفي در سه تكرار در دو سال 1394 و 1395 بر روي گوجه­فرنگي در دشت مغان در شرايط مزرعه­اي اجرا شد. تيمارها شامل چهار سطح آبياري IR1 (100 درصد نياز آبي)، IR2 (80 درصد نياز آبي)، IR3 (70 درصد نياز ­آبي) و IR4 (50 درصد نياز ­آبي) به­عنوان عامل اصلي و ارقام تجاري گوجه­فرنگي (Cul1: سوپربيتا، Cul2: 08و Cul3: متين) به­عنوان عامل‌ فرعي بودند. نتايج حاصل از مقايسه ميانگين داده‌ها نشان داد كه كم­آبياري موجب كاهش عملكرد، اجزاء و بهره­وري آب و افزايش صفات كيفي (مواد جامد محلول، ويتامين ث وpH ميوه) در تمامي ارقام مي­شود. بر ­اساس نتايج تحقيق حاضر در شرايط مغان رقم 08 از نظر عملكرد و رقم سوپربيتا از نظر صفات كيفي برترين ارقام در شرايط آبياري نرمال و كم­آبياري بودند.

Deficit irrigation and suitable choice of variety are essential optimization methods for water consumption in irrigated special in arid and semi-arid area. In order to, an experiment was conducted in a split plot arrangement based on randomized complete block design with three replications in Moghan plain under field condition at 2015 and 2016 years. Main-plot was Normal irrigation (IR1), 80 percent of full irrigation (IR2), 70 percent of full irrigation (IR3) and 50 percent of full irrigation (IR4). Cultivar included Super Bita (Cul 1), 08 (Cul 2) and Matin (Cul 3) as a sub-plot. The results of comparing the means of the data demonstrated that deficit irrigation decreased water productivity and yield of all cultivars and increased quality characteristics (TSS, present C Vitamin and pH) of all cultivars. Therefore, 08 was the best variety under normal irrigation and water deficit conditions about yield and Super bita was the superlative variety about quality characteristics to the deficit irrigation in Moghan Plain.
