پويش قدرت در نظم هاي منطقه اي و راهبرد امنيتي دولت متحد منطقه اي: مطالعه موردي راهبرد امنيت ملي رژيم صهيونيستي در جنگ داخلي سوريه 2019-2012

The Dynamics of Power in Regional Order and Regional Ally State Security Strategy: A Case Study of Zionist regime's National Security Strategy in the Syrian Civil War 2012-2019

پويش قدرت در جنگ داخلي سوريه از طريق موازنه‌سازي هوشمند بين سه خرده شبكه مقاومت، تركيه و كردها شاخص‌سازي عيني شده است. هر يك از واحدهاي دولتي در خوشه شامات و خليج‌فارس با استفاده از طراحي‌هاي راهبردي خود به دنبال دستكاري در پويش قدرت و به‌تبع آن تاثيرگذاري بر نظم امنيتي آينده در خوشه شامات بوده‌اند. پرسش اصلي پژوهش پيش رو اين بوده كه «پويش قدرت در نظم امنيتي منطقه غرب آسيا در قالب جنگ داخلي سوريه چگونه بر راهبرد امنيتي رژيم صهيونيستي به‌عنوان دولت پيرو در اين جنگ تاثير داشته است؟» در پاسخ به پرسش مطرح، اين فرضيه مورد آزمون قرار گرفته كه به دليل سلسله‌مراتبي بودن شبكه نظم جهاني، پويش قدرت در نظم امنيتي منطقه غرب آسيا و جنگ داخلي سوريه از طريق اثرگذاري بر راهبرد امنيتي دولت حامي بر راهبرد امنيتي دولت پيرو موثر بوده است. بر اين اساس رژيم صهيونيستي با توجه به اثرگذاري پويايي قدرت در جنگ داخلي سوريه بر راهبرد امنيتي آمريكا، راهبرد امنيتي خود را به تبعيت از راهبرد امنيتي آمريكا در اين جنگ طراحي كرده است. روش پژوهش در اين مقاله روش مدل‌سازي قياسي است.

The dynamics of power in the Syrian civil war have been objectively indexed by smart balancing between the three sub-networks of resistance, Turkey and the Kurds. Each of the State units in the Levant and Gulf clusters, using their strategic Plans, seeks to manipulate the power dynamic and thereby influence the future security order in the Levant cluster. The main question at hand is how has the power shift in the West Asian region's security order in the context of the Syrian civil war affected the security strategy of the Zionist regime as a Client Actor of the war? In response to the question raised, the present hypothesis will be tested. Due to the hierarchy of the World Order Network, the power dynamics in the West Asian region's security order and the Syrian civil war influence the security strategy of the Client Actor by influencing the state's security strategy. Therefore, the Zionist regime, drawing on the influence of the dynamics of power in the Syrian civil war on the US security strategy, designs ts security strategy in accordance with the US security strategy in this war. The research method in this article is deductive modeling.
