ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺣﻮزه ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار VOS Viewer

Drawing the Scientometric Map of Scientific Field of Surgery using VOS Viewer Software

زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﻋﻠﻢ ﺑﺮاي رﺷﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ و ﭘﯿﮕﯿﺮي آﺧﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات آنﻫﺎ، ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ داﻧﺸﻤﻨﺪان، ﻓﯿﻠﺴﻮﻓﺎن، دوﻟﺘﻤﺮدان و ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﻋﻠﻢ ﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﻣﺘﻮن ﻋﻠﻤﯽ، زﯾﺮﺑﻨﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ ﺑﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﻣﻮاد و روش ﻫﺎ: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ - ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺮان ﺣﻮزه ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ )3779 رﮐﻮرد ﻃﯽ ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي 2016-1990( ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻪ ﺷﺪه در ISI ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻫﻢ رﺧﺪادي واژﮔﺎﻧﯽ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار VOS viewer ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺎﻟﻪ ﮐﻪ ﺣﻮزه ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ از ﭼﻪ زﯾﺮ ﺣﻮزهﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ارﺗﺒﺎط آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ و روﻧﺪ آن از ﺳﺎل 1990 اﻟﯽ 2016 ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي 1999-1990 ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ 60 ﺧﻮﺷﻪ و 1357 ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ وﺟﻮد دارد و ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎي Management, Brain, Thalassemia داراي ﻧﻘﺎط داﻏﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ و در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎ ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي در اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي 2009-2000 داراي 17 ﺧﻮﺷﻪ و 4538 ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ Management, Recipients, Complication در ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﺗﺮﺳﯿـﻢ ﺷﺪه داراي ﻧﻘﺎط داغﺗﺮي اﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ دﯾﮕﺮ در ﺧﻮﺷﻪﻫﺎي ﺧﻮد داراي ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي ﺑﺎ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﻘﻮﻻت ﺑﻮده و اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎت داراي ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿـﻦ در اﯾﻦ ﺑﺎزه زﻣﺎﻧﯽ Bone Segmentation در اﯾﻦ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ، داراي ﻫﯿـﭻ ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪي ﺑﺎ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ و داراي ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻨﯽ در اﯾﻦ ﻧﻘﺸﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ ﺑﻮده و ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻧﺸﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي 2016-2010 داراي 10 ﺧﻮﺷﻪ و 7858 ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪ ﺑﻮد و ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ Management, Repair, Therapy داراي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪ ﺑﺎ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﻘﻮﻻت را ﻧﺸﺎن داد و ﻣﻮﺿﻮع Brain Death ﻃﺒﻖ اﯾﻦ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻏﻔﻠﺖ واﻗﻊ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿـﺮي: ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ و روﻧﺪ ﺻﻌﻮدي ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪات ﻋﻠﻤﯽ در ﺣﻮزه ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ، ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖﮔﺬاري ﺻﺤﯿﺢ و ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎي ﮐﺸﻮر در اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه و اﻧﻄﺒﺎق آن ﺑﺎ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ و ﮐﺸﻮر را از ﻃﺮف وزارت ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ ﻣﯽﻃﻠﺒﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺮان اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه ﺑﺎ ﻧﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮارد ﻏﻔﻠﺖ ﺷﺪه و ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎي داغ در اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه ﭘﯽ ﺑﺮده و در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎي آﺗﯽ ﺧﻮد آن را ﻣﺪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻗﺮار دﻫﻨﺪ.

Introduction & Objective: Designing the structure of science for different disciplines and following their latest changes is a matter of interest to scholars, philosophers, statesmen and specialist in scientometrics, and scientific texts are the underlying foundation for this drawing. Materials & Methods: This is a descriptive-applied research. The research community consists of all the papers of surgery researchers (3779 records for the years 2016-1990) indexed in ISI. Using the lexical coexistence method, using the VOS viewer software, the topic of what the scope of the surgery was composed of and their relationship with each other and its trends from 1990 to 2016 were studied. Results: The results for the 1990-1999 period showed that there are 60 clusters and 1357 identification links in this map, and management, brain, thalassemia, and hot flashes are the subject of many articles in this area. Also, the map for 2000-2009 showed 17 clusters and 4538 links. The subject categories of management, recipients, and complication in the map are hotter, because they have more links in their clusters with other categories, and these subject categories have more articles. Also, at this point in time, the subject matter of bone segmentation in this map has no link with other subject categories and has a low status in these subject maps and is not addressed in this research area. an‎d the map for 2010-2016 showed that it has 10 clusters and 7858 links. The subject categories of management, repair, and therapy have the most links with other categories, and the topic of brain death has been neglected under this map. Conclusions: With the increasing and upward trend of scientific production in the field of surgery, the Ministry of Health requires proper policy-making and a mapping of the country's research in this area and its adaptation to the needs of the community and the country. Also, researchers in this field, looking at the subject-matter map of this area, can understand the neglected cases and the hot researches in this field and consider it in their future research.
