چكيده فارسي :
ﻳﻜﻰ ﺍﺯ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺭﺍﻫﻜﺎﺭﻫﺎﻯ ﭘﺮﻭﺭﺵ ﺍﻳﺪ ﻩ ﻫﺎﻯ ﻧﻮ ﻭ ﻛﺎﺭﺁﻓﺮﻳﻦ، ﺑﻨﻴﺎﻥ ﻧﻬﺎﺩ ﻥ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﻛﺎﺭﺁﻓﺮﻳﻨﻰ ﺩ ﺭ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮﺍﻳﻦ ﻫﺪ ﻑ ﺍﻳﻦ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ، ﺑﺮﺭﺳﻰ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﺑﺮﺍﺳﺎﺱ ﻣﺪ ﻝ ﻛﺎﻣﺮﻭﻥ ﻭ ﻛﻮﺋﻴﻦ ﺑﺮ ﻛﺎﺭﺁﻓﺮﻳﻨﻰ ﺩ ﺭ ﻳﻚ ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﺩ ﻭﻟﺘﻰ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺭﻭﺵ: ﺍﻳﻦ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﺍﺯﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪ ﻑ ﻛﺎﺭﺑﺮﺩ ﻯ ﻭ ﺍﺯﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺎﻫﻴﺖ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻰ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻠﻰ ﺍﺯ ﻧﻮﻉ ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺸﻰ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺁﻣﺎﺭﻯ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 691ﻧﻔﺮ ﺍﺯ ﻛﺎﺭﻛﻨﺎﻥ ﻳﻚ ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﺩ ﻭﻟﺘﻰ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩ ﻩ ﺍﺯ ﻓﺮﻣﻮﻝ ﻛﻮﻛﺮﺍﻥ ﺗﻌﺪ ﺍﺩ ﺁﻥ 252ﻧﻔﺮ ﺍﺯ ﺁﻥ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺭﻭﺵ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﻴﺮﻯ ﺗﺼﺎﺩ ﻓﻰ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ ﺍﻯ ﺍﻧﺘﺨﺎﺏ ﺷﺪ ﻧﺪ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺟﻤﻊ ﺁﻭﺭﻯ ﺍﻃﻼﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﺯ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎﻯ ﺍﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪ ﺍﺭﺩ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﻣﺪ ﻝ ﻛﺎﻣﺮﻭﻥ ﻭ ﻛﻮﺋﻴﻦ ﻭ ﻛﺎﺭﺁﻓﺮﻳﻨﻰ ﻣﺎﺭﮔﺎﺭﺕ ﻫﻴﻞ 1996 ﺭﻭﺍﻳﻰ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎﻯ ﻳﺎﺩ ﺷﺪ ﻩ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺍﺳﺎﺗﻴﺪ ﻭ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﻧﻈﺮﺍﻥ ﺗﺎﻳﻴﺪ ﺷﺪ ﻭ ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﺁﻟﻔﺎﻯ ﻛﺮﻭﻧﺒﺎﺥ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺑﺮﺭﺳﻰ ﭘﺎﻳﺎﻳﻰ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ 0/93ﻭ 0/94، ﺑﻪ ﺩ ﺳﺖ ﺁﻣﺪ . ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺩ ﺍﺩ ﻩ ﻫﺎ ﺍﺯ ﺁﺯﻣﻮﻥ ﻫﺎﻯ ﻛﻮﻟﻤﻮﮔﺮﻭﻑ ﺍﺳﻤﻴﺮﻧﻮﻑ، ﺭﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮﻥ ﺧﻄﻰ ﺳﺎﺩ ﻩ ﻭ ﭼﻨﺪ ﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩ ﻩ ﺷﺪ ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎﻥ ﺩ ﺍﺩ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎﻯ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮﺍﻳﻰ، ﻣﺮﺍﺗﺐ ﮔﺮﺍﻳﻰ ﻭ ﮔﺮﻭﻩ ﮔﺮﺍﻳﻰ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺩ ﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﺩ ﻭﻟﺘﻰ ﺩ ﺍﺭﺍﻯ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎﺩ ﺍﺭ ﺑﺮ ﻛﺎﺭﺁﻓﺮﻳﻨﻰ ﺑﻮﺩ ﺍﻣﺎ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﺍﻳﻰ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎﺩ ﺍﺭﻯ ﺑﺮ ﻛﺎﺭﺁﻓﺮﻳﻨﻰ ﻧﺪ ﺍﺷﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻳﻨﻜﻪ ﺑﺮﺍﺳﺎﺱ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﻪ ﺩ ﺳﺖ ﺁﻣﺪ ﻩ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﻏﺎﻟﺐ ﺩ ﺭ ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻳﺎﺩ ﺷﺪ ﻩ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮﺍﻳﻰ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﭘﻴﺸﻨﻬﺎﺩ ﻣﻰ ﺷﻮﺩ ، ﺍﻳﻦ ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺣﻔﻆ ﭘﺎﻳﺎﻳﻰ ﻭ ﭘﻮﻳﺎﻳﻰ ﻭ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺍﺭﺗﻘﺎﻯ ﻭﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﻛﺎﺭﺁﻓﺮﻳﻨﻰ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮﺍﻳﻰ ﺭﺍ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﻛﻨﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: One of the most important ways of nurturing new ideas and entrepreneurs is to establish an entrepreneurial culture in the organization. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to examine the impact of organizational culture based on Cameron and Queen’s model on entrepreneurship in a public enterprise. Method: This research is an applied and descriptive-analytical type of survey. The statistical population consisted of 691 employees of a public company, which was selected using Cochran’s formula, of which 252 were selected by stratified random sampling. For data collection, the standard questionnaire of organizational culture of Cameron and Quinn model (2006) and Entrepreneurship Margaret Hill (1996) was used. Validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the professors and experts and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.93 and 0.94 for the reliability of the questionnaires. For data analysis Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, simple linear regression and multiple regression were used. Findings: The results showed that components of developmental culture, and grouping in this government company had the most significant effect on entrepreneurship, but the component of culture of consistency did not have a significant effect on entrepreneurship. Conclusion: According to the results, the organizational culture dominant in the mentioned company is the culture of developmentalism. It is suggested that the company strengthen the organizational culture of developmentalism in order to maintain its dynamism and promote entrepreneurship.
