چكيده فارسي :
مسئوليت ﭘﺬﻳﺮﻯ ﻳﻜﻰ ﺍﺯ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎﻯ ﻓﺮﺩ ﻯ ﻭ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻰ ﺗﻮﺍﻧﺪ ﺩ ﺭ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﻴﺖﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭ ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ ﻩ ﻭ ﺣﻴﺎﺗﻰ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺍﺭﺗﻘﺎء ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﭘﺬﻳﺮﻯ ﺩ ﺭ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎ ﻥ ﻫﺎ ﺍﺯ ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺎﻩ ﻭﻳﮋﻩ ﺍﻯ ﺑﺮﺧﻮﺭﺩ ﺍﺭ ﺍﺳﺖ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮﺍﻳﻦ ﻫﺪ ﻑ ﺍﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻳﻦ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶu ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﺑﺮ ﺍﺭﺗﻘﺎء ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﭘﺬﻳﺮﻯ ﺩ ﺭ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻛﺎﺭﻛﻨﺎﻥ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪ ﻫﻰ ﺍﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﻰ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎﻥ ﺷﻬﺮﻛﺮﺩ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺭﻭﺵ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﻰ: ﺍﻳﻦ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﺍﺯ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪ ﻑ ﻛﺎﺭﺑﺮﺩ ﻯ ﻭ ﺍﺯ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺭﻭﺵ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻰ – ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻠﻰ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺭﻭﺵ ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺸﻰ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﺷﺪ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺁﻣﺎﺭﻯ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﻛﺎﺭﻛﻨﺎﻥ ﻛﻼﻧﺘﺮﻯ ﻫﺎ ﻭ ﭘﺎﺳﮕﺎﻩ ﻫﺎﻯ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪ ﻫﻰ ﺍﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﻰ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎﻥ ﺷﻬﺮﻛﺮﺩ ﺑﻮﺩ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩ ﻩ ﺍﺯ ﻓﺮﻣﻮﻝ ﻛﻮﻛﺮﺍﻥ ﺗﻌﺪ ﺍﺩ 170 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺭﻭﺵ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﻴﺮﻯ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ ﺍﻯ ﺗﺼﺎﺩ ﻓﻰ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮﺍﻥ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﺷﺪ ﻧﺪ ﺍﺑﺰﺍﺭﻫﺎﻯ ﺟﻤﻊ ﺁﻭﺭﻯ ﺍﻃﻼﻋﺎﺕ ﺩ ﻭ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺍﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪ ﺍﺭﺩ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﭘﺬﻳﺮﻯ ﻧﺌﻮ (1997) ﻭ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﺩ ﻧﻴﺴﻮﻥ ﺭﻭﺍﻳﻰ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺍﺯ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﺭﻭﺵ ﺻﻮﺭﻯ ﺗﺎﻳﻴﺪ ﻭ ﭘﺎﻳﺎﻳﻰ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩ ﻩ ﺍﺯ ﻓﺮﻣﻮﻝ ﺁﻟﻔﺎﻯ ﻛﺮﻭﻧﺒﺎﺥ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻰ 0/86ﻭ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﭘﺬﻳﺮﻯ 0/84 ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻭ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺩ ﺍﺩ ﻩ ﻫﺎ ﺍﺯ ﺁﺯﻣﻮﻥ ﻫﺎﻯ ﺁﻣﺎﺭﻯ ﻛﻮﻟﻤﻮﮔﺮﻭﻑ ﻭ ﺍﺳﻤﻴﺮﻧﻮﻑ، ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻰ ﻭ ﺭﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮﻥ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩ ﻩ ﺷﺪ ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎﻥ ﺩ ﺍﺩ ﻓﺮﺿﻴﻪ ﺍﺻﻠﻰ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﺗﺎﻳﻴﺪ ﺷﺪ ﻭ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮﻫﺎﻯ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﺩ ﺭ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻉ ﻣﻰ ﺗﻮﺍﻧﻨﺪ 16ﺩ ﺭﺻﺪ ﺍﺯ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﺍﺕ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﭘﺬﻳﺮﻯ ﻛﺎﺭﻛﻨﺎﻥ ﺭﺍ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺑﻴﻨﻰ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ ﺿﻤﻨﺎ ﺩ ﺭ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻉ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮﻫﺎﻯ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﻣﻰ ﺗﻮﺍﻧﻨﺪ 17 ﺩ ﺭﺻﺪ ﺍﺯ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﺍﺕ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻛﻔﺎﻳﺖ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﭘﺬﻳﺮﻯ ﻛﺎﺭﻛﻨﺎﻥ، 48ﺩ ﺭﺻﺪ ﺍﺯ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﺍﺕ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻧﻈﻢ ﭘﺬﻳﺮﻯ ﺍﻣﻮﺭ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﻛﺎﺭﻛﻨﺎﻥ، 8 ﺩ ﺭﺻﺪ ﺍﺯ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﺍﺕ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻭﻇﻴﻔﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﻰ، 46ﺩ ﺭﺻﺪ ﺍﺯ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﺍﺕ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺗﻮﻓﻴﻖ ﻃﻠﺒﻰ، 13ﺩ ﺭﺻﺪ ﺍﺯ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﺍﺕ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺧﻮﺩ ﻛﻨﺘﺮﻟﻰ ﻭ 10ﺩ ﺭﺻﺪ ﺍﺯ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﺍﺕ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﺤﺘﺎﻁ ﺑﻮﺩ ﻥ ﻛﺎﺭﻛﻨﺎﻥ ﺭﺍ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺑﻴﻨﻰ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻳﻨﻜﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﺩ ﺭ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﭘﺬﻳﺮﻯ ﻛﺎﺭﻛﻨﺎﻥ ﻛﻼﻧﺘﺮﻯ ﻭ ﭘﺎﺳﮕﺎﻩ ﻫﺎﻯ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪ ﻫﻰ ﺍﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﻰ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎﻥ ﺷﻬﺮﻛﺮﺩ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺍﺳﺖ، ﻣﻰ ﺗﻮﺍﻥ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮﺭﺕ ﻋﻠﻤﻰ ﻭ ﻋﻤﻠﻰ ﻭ ﻛﺎﺭﺑﺮﺩ ﻯ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺭﻓﺘﻦ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﭘﺬﻳﺮﻯ ﻛﺎﺭﻛﻨﺎﻥ ﻛﻤﻚ ﻛﺮﺩ
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: Accountability is one of the most important personal and organizational components that can be crucial in organizational success. Considering the promotion of the level of accountability in organizations has a special place, so the main goal of this research is to recognize the impact of organizational culture on improving the level of accountability among employees of the police command center of Shahrekord. Methodology: This research is a descriptive - analytical study, which was conducted through a survey method. The statistical population of the research is the staff of police stations and police command posts in Shahrekord city. Using Cochran formula, 170 people were selected by random sampling method. Data collection tools were two Neo accountability standard questionnaires (1997) and organizational culture of Denison (2000). The validity of the questionnaires was verified by a formal confirmation method and their reliability was calculated using the Cronbach’s alpha formula for the organizational culture questionnaire (0.86) and the accountability questionnaire (84/0). For data analysis, Kolmogorov and Smirnov tests, correlation coefficient and regression were used. Findings: The findings showed that the main hypothesis of the research was confirmed and organizational culture variables could predict 16 percent of changes in the level of responsibility of employees. In addition, organizational culture variables can account for 17% of the changes in the adequacy of staff responsibility, 48% of the changes in the dimension of the employee’s organizational affairs, 8% of the changes in the dimension of task force, 46% of the changes in the succession, 13% of the changes in the self-control dimension, and 10% of the changes in staff caution are expected later. Conclusion: Due to the fact that organizational culture is effective at the level of responsibility of the police and police stations of Shahrekord, it is possible to strengthen the organizational culture in a scientific, practical and practical way by helping to increase the level of responsibility of the staff.
